区域创新系统的转变研究

【摘要】：该文借助演化经济地理学的思想,从转变类型、转变参与者和转变范围等方面对区域创新系统(RIS)的转变进行解读。从转变类型看,RIS的转变主要有路径更新、既有产业的路径形成和新兴产业的路径建立3类。从参与者角度看,由于RIS的类型不同,其转变的参与者与转变动力也有所差别。一般来说,RIS的转变由商业、科学或政策所驱动,或应对危机时自发的经济反应等。从转变范围看,"软"制度、组成元素和网络都会随RIS的转变而相应地改变。
[Abstract]:With the help of the idea of evolutionary economic geography, this paper interprets the transformation of regional innovation system (ris) from the aspects of transformation types, participants and scope of transformation. The transformation of ris mainly includes path renewal, path formation of existing industries and path establishment of emerging industries. From the point of view of participants, because of the different types of RIS, the participants and the dynamics of transformation are also different. Generally speaking, the transformation of ris is driven by business, science or policy, or spontaneous economic response in response to a crisis. From the scope of change, soft system, constituent elements and network will change with the change of RIS.
