【摘要】：正一、国际产能合作的新机遇中国经济需要关注产能过剩。当前,中国经济基本面是好的,但是目前面临的下行压力还是比较大的,具体的体现一是产能过剩,这些过剩的产能并不是落后产能,都是符合技术规范、符合环保标准、比较先进的产能。二是工业和投资的速度有所下降,这是我们必须关注的两点,因为它涉及到实体经济,涉及到整个拉动
