中国现阶段工资变化及其对经济发展方式转变的影响研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，我国经济连续30年保持高速增长，整个社会经济发生了巨大的变化。不过巨大的社会变革在为我国的未来发展注入活力的同时也给我们带来了各种新的矛盾和挑战。当前，国内需求不足、产业结构较低、生态环境恶化、收入差距较大，这些矛盾已严重影响到我国经济的持续健康发展，成为当前亟待解决的重大课题。2009年中共中央经济工作会议强调:“转变经济发展方式已刻不容缓。”这表明，转变经济发展方式是现阶段我国经济发展中的核心问题。由于劳动报酬与消费需求的提高，与产业结构的提升具有密切的内在关系，所以能否提高工资水平，改善收入分配，不仅关系到国民经济的顺利转型和长远发展，同时也影响到整个社会的和谐稳定与持续发展。在目前我国工资水平低下，经济结构、产业结构和城乡结构失衡的情况下，完善收入分配结构，建立正常工资增长机制，提高普通劳动者的工资收入对于扩大内需，提升产业结构，进而转变经济发展方式具有重要的意义。本文主要分为7个部分：第1章“绪论”，主要介绍论文选题背景和研究意义，概述论文的研究思路与主体框架，阐释论文的研究方法和拟创新点。第2章“国内外工资与经济增长相关性研究回顾”，对国外关于工资与经济增长相关性研究进行综述，，并对国内相关学者的研究进行了梳理。第3章“当前中国经济发展方式的表现及问题”，着重分析我国现阶段的经济发展情况，分析经济结构失衡的表现及存在的问题。第4章“劳动者工资收入对经济发展方式转变的作用分析”，首先介绍了我国目前工资收入水平状况，通过实证分析论证了经济增长和工资水平之间相互影响的关系，同时，本文认为工资变化不仅影响经济增长，还通过各种机制影响着经济发展方式的转变。第5章“合理的工资变化对转变经济发展方式的意义”，分析了改善工资水平可以通过各种途径来促进经济发展方式的转变。第6章“应对经济发展方式转变的工资体制改革”，提出健全工资增长机制，改革户籍制度，提高劳动报酬的对策措施。第7章“结论”，指出经济转型必须以改善收入分配为导向，以工资增长为基本动力。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained rapid growth for 30 years, the entire social economy has undergone tremendous changes. However, great social change has brought us new contradictions and challenges while injecting vitality into the future development of our country. At present, the domestic demand is insufficient, the industrial structure is low, the ecological environment is deteriorating, and the income gap is large. These contradictions have seriously affected the sustained and healthy development of our economy. In 2009, the CPC Central Committee Economic work Conference stressed: "it is urgent to change the mode of economic development." This indicates that changing the mode of economic development is the core issue of our country's economic development at this stage. As the improvement of labor compensation and consumption demand has a close internal relationship with the upgrading of industrial structure, it is not only related to the smooth transformation and long-term development of the national economy whether the wage level can be raised and income distribution can be improved. At the same time, it also affects the harmonious, stable and sustainable development of the whole society. At present, with the low wage level, the economic structure, the industrial structure and the imbalance between urban and rural structures in our country, we should improve the income distribution structure, establish a normal wage growth mechanism, and increase the wage income of ordinary workers in order to expand domestic demand. It is of great significance to upgrade the industrial structure and then change the mode of economic development. This paper is divided into seven parts: chapter 1 "introduction", mainly introduces the background and significance of the thesis, summarizes the research ideas and main frame of the paper, explains the research methods and quasi-innovation points of the paper. Chapter 2, "Review of the correlation between wages and economic growth at home and abroad", summarizes the research abroad on the correlation between wage and economic growth, and combs the research of domestic related scholars. Chapter 3, "the performance and problems of current Chinese economic development mode", focuses on the analysis of the current economic development in China, and analyzes the performance and existing problems of the imbalance of economic structure. Chapter 4, "Analysis of the effect of Laborer's wage income on the Transformation of Economic Development Mode", firstly introduces the current situation of wage income in China, and demonstrates the relationship between economic growth and wage level through empirical analysis, at the same time, This paper argues that wage change not only affects economic growth, but also affects the transformation of economic development mode through various mechanisms. Chapter 5, "the significance of reasonable wage change to change the mode of economic development", analyzes that the improvement of wage level can promote the transformation of economic development mode through various ways. Chapter 6, "wage system reform in response to the transformation of economic development mode", puts forward countermeasures to improve wage growth mechanism, reform household registration system, and improve labor remuneration. Chapter 7, "conclusion", points out that economic transformation must be oriented to improve income distribution and take wage growth as the basic motive force.
