中国参与农业多边南南合作进入新的发展阶段

【摘要】：继2008年9月温家宝总理宣布向FAO捐赠3 000万美元设立信托基金,重点支持南南合作之后,李克强总理于2014年10月再次宣布向FAO捐赠5 000万美元用于开展南南合作,充分体现出中国政府对解决全球粮食安全问题的重视及对南南合作的支持。十几年来,中国参与FAO框架下农业多边南南合作经历了由起步到发展的过程,为提高发展中国家农业生产能力和粮食安全水平作出了贡献。面对当前全球粮食安全方面的挑战,只有准确把握发展趋势,不断创新合作方式,农业多边南南合作才能持续发展。
[Abstract]:Following the announcement by Prime Minister Wen Jiabao in September 2008 of the establishment of a trust fund in the amount of $30 million to FAO, with a focus on support for South-South cooperation, Prime Minister Li Keqiang again announced in October 2014 that $50 million would be donated to FAO for South-South cooperation, It fully reflects the importance that the Chinese government attaches to solving global food security problems and its support for South-South cooperation. In the past ten years, China's participation in multilateral South-South cooperation in agriculture under the framework of FAO has gone through a process from start to development, which has contributed to the improvement of agricultural production capacity and food security in developing countries. In the face of the current global food security challenges, only by accurately grasping the development trend and constantly innovating the mode of cooperation, can multilateral South-South cooperation in agriculture develop sustainably.
