中部地区人力资源结构分析及其与区域经济耦合的关联分析

【摘要】:当今世界,经济飞速发展,推动经济发展的主要动力慢慢从物理资本向人力资源转变。人力资源逐渐成为社会经济发展当中的主要推动力量,对于促进经济的蓬勃发展有着举足轻重的作用。中国作为全世界人口最多的国家,人力资源在数量上十分丰富。中国中部地区无论在在资金、管理还是技术方面都没有优势,只有在人力资源上比较丰富,但就目前来看,人口众多是中部崛起过程中的沉重包袱,将沉重包袱变为财富和优势,就是要把劳动力资源变为人才资源。中部六省是人力资源大省,加起来总人口超过3.6亿,然而人才的数量相对不足,并不是人力资本大省。中部地区还处在人才输出和人才流失的不利地位,,存在着许多问题,如人力资源丰富和经济发展不同步、人力资源结构性短缺、地区之间发展不平衡等问题,人力资源现状尚不能完全适应中部崛起的新要求。本文先对中部地区人力资源结构及区域经济现状做了数据分析,然后建立耦合系统评价指标体系,运用灰色关联分析法,构建了人力资源结构与区域经济交互作用的关联度模型,揭示了中部地区人力资源结构与区域经济耦合的主要因素及耦合关系。 本文共分为七个部分:第一部分是引言,界定了本文相关概念,阐述了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法、研究内容和创新点;第二部分是文献综述,对相关概念进行了解析。第三部分根据搜集到的我国中部地区人力资源方面的数据,分别从人力资源年龄结构、性别结构、教育结构、职业结构、产业结构和城乡结构六个方面来分析中部地区人力资源目前的结构情况,然后从经济总量和经济水平两方面来分析中部地区区域经济现状;第四部分在建立耦合系统评价指标体系的基础上,运用灰色关联分析法,构建了人力资源结构与区域经济交互作用的关联度模型,揭示了中部地区人力资源结构与区域经济耦合的主要因素及耦合关系;第五部分在第三第四部分分析的基础上,找出中部地区人力资源结构存在的主要问题;第六部分针对中部地区人力资源结构存在的主要问题提出建议和对策;第七部分是总结。其中第三和第四章是本文的重点内容。
[Abstract]:In today's world, with the rapid development of economy, the main driving force of economic development is slowly changing from physical capital to human resources. Human resources gradually become the main driving force in the development of social economy, and play an important role in promoting the vigorous development of economy. As the most populous country in the world, China is rich in human resources. The central region of China has no advantages in capital, management or technology. It is only relatively rich in human resources. But at present, the population is a heavy burden in the process of the rise of the central region. Turning the heavy burden into wealth and advantage is to turn labor resources into human resources. The six provinces in central China are large provinces of human resources, with a total population of more than 360 million. However, the number of talents is relatively insufficient and is not a big province of human capital. The central region is still in a disadvantageous position of talent export and brain drain, and there are many problems, such as the lack of synchronization between human resources and economic development, the structural shortage of human resources, the imbalance of development among regions, and so on. The current situation of human resources can not fully adapt to the new requirements of the rise of the central region. In this paper, the structure of human resources and the present situation of regional economy in the central region are analyzed, then the evaluation index system of coupling system is established, and the grey relational analysis method is used. This paper constructs the correlation degree model of the interaction between human resource structure and regional economy, and reveals the main factors and coupling relationship between human resource structure and regional economy in the central region. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction, defines the relevant concepts of this paper, describes the research background, research significance, research methods, research content and innovation; The second part is a literature review, the related concepts are analyzed. The third part, according to the collected data of human resources in the central region of China, from the age structure of human resources, gender structure, education structure, vocational structure, Industrial structure and urban and rural structure of six aspects to analyze the current structure of human resources in the central region, and then from the total economic volume and economic level to analyze the regional economic situation in the central region; In the fourth part, on the basis of establishing the evaluation index system of coupling system, using the grey relational analysis method, the paper constructs the correlation degree model of the interaction between human resource structure and regional economy. It reveals the main factors and the coupling relationship between the structure of human resources and regional economy in the central region. On the basis of the analysis of the third and fourth part, the fifth part finds out the main problems of the human resource structure in the central region; the sixth part puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures for the main problems in the human resource structure of the central region; the seventh part is the summary. The third and fourth chapters are the key contents of this paper.
