人力资本、社会资本与残疾人收入——基于湖北省的实证研究

【摘要】：在党的十八大报告提出"2020年实现国内生产总值和城乡居民人均收入比2010年翻一番"的背景下,残疾人作为一个低收入弱势群体,其收入增长问题应引起关注。本文从微观层面入手,利用2014年湖北省六地残疾人收入调查数据,从人力资本和社会资本两个方面来研究残疾人收入的影响因素。有序回归的结果显示:人力资本中的受教育程度、是否接受技能培训、残疾等级对残疾人收入有显著影响;社会资本使用与残疾人收入呈显著正相关。另外,城乡背景是影响收入的显著因素。因此,本文认为应积极推进残疾人康复、教育、就业促进工作,加强残疾人联合会组织建设,尤其要加大对农村残疾人事业的投入。
[Abstract]:In the context of the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that "the GDP and the per capita income of urban and rural residents in 2020 will double that of 2010", the problem of income growth of the disabled, as a disadvantaged group with low income, should be paid close attention to. Based on the survey data of disability income in Hubei province in 2014, this paper studies the influencing factors of disability income from two aspects of human capital and social capital. The results of orderly regression show that: the education level of human capital, whether or not to receive skills training, the disability level has a significant impact on the income of the disabled, and the use of social capital has a significant positive correlation with the income of the disabled. In addition, urban and rural background is a significant factor affecting income. Therefore, we should actively promote the rehabilitation, education and employment promotion of the disabled, strengthen the organization and construction of the disabled persons' federation, especially increase the input to the rural disabled people's cause.
