隧道喷锚支护体系中支护构件的承载能力特性研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国公路交通的不断发展,隧道施工技术不断成熟,新建隧道工程出现了爆炸式增长。新建公路隧道通常采用新奥法施工,其中喷锚支护作为承载单元和二衬作为安全储备单元的支护系统又是新奥法施工的主要支护形式。从安全的角度出发,有必要弄清楚喷锚支护的各支护构件的受力特性;从造价的角度,也需要了解其特性从而优化其支护参数。因此,本文展开了对喷锚支护的变形及破坏特征、各支护构件的效用性以及承载能力的研究。本文以新建两车道公路隧道工程为依托,以模型试验和数值模拟为主要研究手段,系统研究了隧道洞室的变形破坏特征、锚喷支护体系中各支护构件的效用性及承载能力,主要内容如下:(1)根据本文的研究内容,设计了模型试验方案,研制了围岩、锚杆及喷射混凝土的相似材料以及完成了试验装备和量测系统的布置,让相似模型试验得以顺利进行。(2)完成IV、V级围岩8种工况的模型试验,监测到了隧道洞室在不同加载力的作用下的位移变形特征,比较了不同工况有无锚杆、喷砼时的极限承载力,得出了各支护构件的承载能力。(3)采用了有限差分软件FLAC3D,结合围岩的弹塑性受力特征、全长粘结型锚杆层间剪应力传递特性和喷射混凝土与围岩接触界面变形协调关系对锚喷支护系统的各支护构件的效用性以及承载能力进行了深入的研究。(4)结合模型试验和数值分析,得出了锚喷支护体系中锚杆、喷射混凝土各自的承载能力,使两种研究方法的结论得以相互验证。所得到的结论,可以为今后的新建两车道公路隧道的设计及施工提供相当的依据和指导。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of highway traffic in our country, the tunnel construction technology is maturing, and the newly built tunnel project has explosive growth. The support system of shotcrete anchor support as bearing unit and the second lining as safety reserve unit is the main support form in the construction of New Austrian method. From the safety point of view, it is necessary to find out the mechanical characteristics of each supporting member of shotcrete anchor support. From the cost point of view, it is also necessary to understand its characteristics in order to optimize its supporting parameters. Therefore, the deformation and failure characteristics of shotcrete anchor support are discussed in this paper. Based on the new two-lane highway tunnel project and the model test and numerical simulation, the deformation and failure characteristics of the tunnel cavern are systematically studied in this paper. The main contents are as follows: (1) according to the research content of this paper, the model test scheme is designed and the surrounding rock is developed. The similar materials of bolt and shotcrete and the arrangement of test equipment and measuring system have been completed, so that the similar model test can be carried out smoothly. The displacement and deformation characteristics of tunnel caverns under different loading forces are monitored, and the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete sprayed with or without anchors under different working conditions is compared. The load-carrying capacity of each supporting member is obtained. The finite difference software FLAC3D is used to combine with the elastoplastic stress characteristics of surrounding rock. In this paper, the shear stress transfer characteristics between layers of full-length bonded bolt and the coordination relationship between the contact deformation of shotcrete and surrounding rock are deeply studied on the utility and bearing capacity of each supporting member of the bolting and shotcrete supporting system. Type I test and numerical analysis, The bearing capacity of bolt and shotcrete in bolting and shotcreting system is obtained, which makes the conclusion of two research methods to be mutually verified. It can provide the basis and guidance for the design and construction of the new two-lane highway tunnel in the future.
