重庆金凤园区规划路网交通适应性评价与路网节点优化研究

【摘要】:城市道路网是城市的基本骨架,是城市社会经济活动和客货运的载体。路网布局是否合理,是否与城市交通需求相适应直接关系到城市交通运输、生产生活等方面的正常运作。论文以重庆市金凤电子信息产业园规划路网为研究对象,建立城市道路网交通适应性评价指标体系与评价方法,评价金凤园区规划路网的交通适应性,并对园区路网节点进行优化设计。论文首先从路网的功能性、路网结构和路网规模三个方面构建了规划路网的评价指标体系,建立了基于AHP的模糊综合评价法的园区规划路网交通适应性评价方法。结合园区的产业发展规划,采用传统四阶段法预测园区的货运交通需求量和客运交通需求;根据规划路网的道路通行能力计算交通饱和度和服务水平,评价园区规划路网的交通供需适应性。利用模糊综合评价法对金凤园区规划路网进行了综合评价,评价结果表明金凤园区规划路网以73.2%的可信度隶属于“很好”,园区规划路网处于较高水平。论文最后依据相交道路等级和交通量情况对园区路网节点的交通管理与控制形式进行了确定,对于采取平面交叉的节点进行了详细的渠化设计和信号配时方案设计;对于立交节点,分析了规划立交形式是否满足交通需求,并对个别节点提出了优化改善措施。由于金凤园区正处于规划建设阶段,研究和评价规划路网的交通适应性,提前诊断路网可能存在的问题,并争对相应问题提出优化改善措施,可以提升路网建设的合理性和科学性。
[Abstract]:The urban road network is the basic skeleton of the city and the carrier of the city's social economic activities and passenger and freight transportation.Whether the layout of road network is reasonable or not is directly related to the normal operation of urban transportation, production and life and so on.This paper takes the planning road network of Jinfeng Electronic and Information Industry Park in Chongqing as the research object, establishes the evaluation index system and evaluation method of traffic adaptability of urban road network, and evaluates the traffic adaptability of the planning road network in Jinfeng Park.And the optimization design of the node of the park road network is carried out.Firstly, the evaluation index system of planning road network is constructed from three aspects of network function, network structure and road network scale, and the evaluation method of traffic adaptability of park planning road network based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of AHP is established.Combined with the industrial development planning of the park, the traditional four-stage method is used to predict the demand for freight transportation and passenger transport, and the saturation and service level of the traffic are calculated according to the road capacity of the planned road network.To evaluate the adaptability of traffic supply and demand in the park planning road network.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the road network planning of Jinfeng Park. The evaluation results show that the reliability of the network planning in Jinfeng Park is "very good" by 73.2%, and the planning network of the park is at a high level.Finally, the traffic management and control form of the node of the park network is determined according to the intersection road grade and traffic volume, and the design of channel design and signal timing scheme for the node with plane intersection is carried out in detail.For the interchange nodes, the paper analyzes whether the planning interchange forms meet the traffic demand, and puts forward the optimization improvement measures for individual nodes.As the Jinfeng Park is in the planning and construction stage, it studies and evaluates the traffic adaptability of the planning network, diagnoses the problems that may exist in the network ahead of time, and argues for the optimization and improvement measures for the corresponding problems.It can improve the rationality and science of road network construction.
