浇注式沥青混合料流变性研究

【摘要】:采用动态模量试验,研究了浇注式沥青混合料(GA10)流变性,分析了GA10动态模量和相位角对温度及荷载频率的依赖性,提出了表征浇注式沥青混合料流变性的黏性系数和弹性系数.同时,通过与常用钢桥面铺装材料(SMA10和EA10)的对比研究,分析了不同沥青混合料动态模量、黏性系数和弹性系数随温度的变化规律.结果表明:GA10的黏弹性转变温度为40℃,高于EA10和SMA10;在试验温度范围内,GA10的黏性系数大于EA10,弹性系数小于EA10;当温度超过30℃时,GA10黏性系数大于SMA10,弹性系数小于SMA10.
[Abstract]:The rheological properties of cast asphalt mixture (GA-10) were studied by dynamic modulus test. The dependence of dynamic modulus and phase angle of GA10 on temperature and load frequency was analyzed. The viscosity coefficient and elastic coefficient of rheological properties of cast asphalt mixture were put forward.At the same time, the dynamic modulus, viscosity coefficient and elastic coefficient of different asphalt mixtures are analyzed by comparing with steel bridge deck pavement materials such as SMA10 and EA10.The results show that the viscoelastic transition temperature of GA-10 is 40 鈩,
