桥梁监测系统无线索力计的设计及应用

【摘要】：针对桥梁监测系统的索力监测应用场景,设计了一款智能无线索力计。该传感器具有超低功耗、前端智能算法、无线自组织网络等技术特点。提出并实现了嵌入式硬件平台上的索频提取方法,经实验及实际工程检验,该方法测量结果准确。该设计整机可在电池供电环境下实现常年连续工作。此设计有效地解决了拉索监测过程中监测系统建设冗繁、数据分析难度大、系统成本偏高、维护复杂等实际工程问题。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the application scene of cable force monitoring in bridge monitoring system, an intelligent wireless cable force meter is designed. The sensor has the characteristics of ultra-low power consumption, front-end intelligent algorithm, wireless ad hoc network and so on. The cable frequency extraction method on embedded hardware platform is proposed and implemented. The experimental and practical engineering test show that the measurement results of this method are accurate. The whole design machine can work continuously all the year round in the battery power supply environment. This design effectively solves the practical engineering problems such as the redundant construction of the monitoring system, the difficulty of data analysis, the high cost of the system and the complexity of maintenance in the process of cable monitoring.
