路面结构时变温度场的解析解及预估模型

【摘要】:道路结构长期暴露在自然环境中,受到大气温度和太阳辐射等因素的影响,这些因素在路表产生的热量沿着路面深度方向向下传导,从而导致路面结构温度发生变化并进一步引起温度应力对路面的结构可靠性造成不利影响。因此,对路面温度场进行有效预测对于路面结构温度应力评估和结构可靠性评估具有重要的现实意义。 本文针对大气环境和太阳辐射作用下的路面结构温度场建立路面结构单层和多层一维热传导模型,并用积分变换的方法求解热传导微分方程,得到路面结构时变温度场的解析解。基于该模型,针对不同的边界条件分别进行了解析解的求解,通过和实测结果的对比分析,验证该模型的有效性。进一步通过路面材料参数影响分析以及与实测结果的对比验证,从理论上证明单层一维热传导模型可有效预测在大气温度和太阳辐射条件下多层路面结构的内部温度场,从而大大简化了路面温度的预估模型。最后,通过物理量的无量纲处理,对单层模型解析解进行进一步简化,得到一个只依赖于材料几何组合参数的任意时刻、路面深度任意位置的温度水平的预估模型。 本文通过研究气温、辐射等环境因素的变化规律和常用道路建筑材料的热物理特性,以及道路结构内部温度的变化规律,建立外部环境因素和内部温度场的内在联系,为深入认识路面使用性能与环境因素之间的关系以及路面长期性能的研究提供理论支持。
[Abstract]:Road structures are exposed to the natural environment for a long time and are affected by factors such as atmospheric temperature and solar radiation, which transmit the heat generated by these factors down the road surface along the depth of the road surface. As a result, the pavement structure temperature changes and further causes the temperature stress to have a negative impact on the pavement structure reliability. Effective prediction of pavement temperature field is of great practical significance for pavement structure thermal stress assessment and structural reliability evaluation. In this paper, a one-dimensional and multi-layer one-dimensional heat conduction model of pavement structure under the action of atmospheric environment and solar radiation is established, and the differential equation of heat conduction is solved by the method of integral transformation. The analytical solution of time-varying temperature field of pavement structure is obtained. Based on the model, the analytical solution is obtained for different boundary conditions, and the results are compared with the measured results. The effectiveness of the model is verified. Further, through the analysis of the influence of pavement material parameters and the comparison with the measured results, It is proved theoretically that the single-layer one-dimensional heat conduction model can effectively predict the internal temperature field of multi-layer pavement structure under atmospheric temperature and solar radiation, thus greatly simplifying the prediction model of pavement temperature. Through dimensionless processing of physical quantities, the analytical solution of single-layer model is further simplified, and a prediction model of temperature level at any time and at any position of pavement depth is obtained, which only depends on the geometric combination parameters of materials. In this paper, the internal relationship between external environmental factors and internal temperature field is established by studying the variation law of environmental factors such as temperature, radiation and other environmental factors, the thermal physical characteristics of common road building materials, and the variation law of internal temperature of road structure. It provides theoretical support for further understanding the relationship between pavement performance and environmental factors and for the study of pavement long-term performance.
