浇注式沥青混凝土钢桥面铺装配合比设计及其性能优化研究

【摘要】:在钢桥面铺装中,浇注式沥青混凝土因其具有良好的防水性、抗老化能力和抗疲劳的能力等,,近年来被广泛的应用。浇注式沥青混凝土的路用性能的优劣决定了整个桥面铺装的质量,所以浇注式沥青混凝土的级配设计是决定整个桥面铺装质量的基础。再加上我国幅员辽阔气候条件差异明显,因此要求浇注式沥青混合料需要具有良好的高温稳定性与低温抗裂性。目前国内外对钢桥面铺装浇注式沥青混合料的性能研究主要集中在级配、沥青用量、沥青特性和试验方法等方面。虽然取得了一定了成果但很少从矿粉和超细粉的角度考虑它们的存在对浇注式沥青混凝土路用性能的影响。 本文通过对浇注式沥青混凝土级配组成改变的分析研究、矿粉对浇注式沥青混凝土胶浆性能的影响和超细粉对浇注式沥青混凝土路用性能的影响三个方面进行了一系列研究,得出了以下的结论1.在粉胶比相同的情况下,关键筛孔的通过率对浇注式沥青混凝土的性能影响较大,而在此情况下混合料的流动性主要受沥青胶浆所占比例影响。2.改性沥青胶浆制作的浇注式沥青混合料的高温性能要优于用基质沥青制作的沥青胶浆,但在实际制备过程中需要注意控制沥青胶浆的粉胶比。经过室内试验成果,推荐粉胶比为3.0。3.用超细粉通过两种方式替代矿粉后发现使用600目的超细粉制备浇注式沥青混凝土的路用性能较好。
[Abstract]:In steel bridge deck pavement, pouring asphalt concrete has good waterproofing, aging resistance and fatigue resistance, etc. In recent years, it has been widely used. The pavement performance of pouring asphalt concrete determines the quality of the whole bridge deck pavement. So the gradation design of pouring asphalt concrete is the basis of determining the quality of the whole bridge deck pavement. Therefore, it is necessary to have good high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of castable asphalt mixture. At present, the research on performance of steel bridge deck castable asphalt mixture is mainly focused on gradation, asphalt dosage, etc. Although some achievements have been made, the influence of mineral powder and ultrafine powder on the pavement performance of pouring asphalt concrete is seldom considered from the point of view of their existence. In this paper, the influence of mineral powder on the performance of castable asphalt concrete and the influence of ultrafine powder on the pavement performance of pouring asphalt concrete are studied by analyzing and studying the change of gradation composition of pouring asphalt concrete. In the case of the same powder / binder ratio, the pass rate of key sieve holes has a great influence on the performance of pouring asphalt concrete. In this case, the fluidity of the mixture is mainly affected by the proportion of asphalt mortar. 2. The high temperature performance of the cast asphalt mixture made of modified asphalt mortar is better than that of the asphalt mortar made of matrix asphalt. However, in the actual preparation process, attention should be paid to the control of the powder / binder ratio of asphalt mortar. The recommended powder / binder ratio is 3.0.3.After the superfine powder is used to replace the mineral powder in two ways, it is found that the road performance of the cast asphalt concrete prepared with 600 objective ultrafine powder is better.
