国际化涉外型路桥类本科人才培养与保障体系研究

【摘要】：国际市场需要国际化涉外型人才,但我国相关专业的国际化教育难以满足涉外型高层次人才的需求。文章结合国际土木工程建设发展现状、学科背景及专业特色,对比分析了国内相关院校专业人才的培养现状,系统阐述了在国际化教育理念指导下的路桥类本科人才培养模式改革思路。通过改革,明确专业人才培养目标,建立专业人才培养新体系,形成"理论教学、实践教学、自主研学"三元教学模式,以"双语教学"和"全英文毕业设计"为特色的课程体系,以及以"CDIO工程教育理念"为核心的实践教学体系。实践证明,该项改革取得了良好的教学效果,为今后国际化教育改革积累了经验。
[Abstract]:The international market needs internationalized foreign talents, but the international education of related majors in our country is difficult to meet the needs of foreign high-level talents. This paper combines the current situation of the development of international civil engineering construction, subject background and professional characteristics. This paper compares and analyzes the present situation of cultivating professional talents in relevant colleges and universities in China, and systematically expounds the reform ideas of the training mode of undergraduate talents of road and bridge categories under the guidance of international education concept. To establish a new system for the training of professional talents, to form a three-way teaching model of "theory teaching, practical teaching, independent research", and a curriculum system characterized by "bilingual teaching" and "complete English graduation design". And the practical teaching system with "CDIO engineering education idea" as the core. The practice proves that the reform has achieved good teaching effect and accumulated experience for the internationalization education reform in the future.
