薄层沥青路面结构优化与各结构层性能研究

【摘要】:各国道路的数量和品质效益的提高,,使得道路建设的经济性越发受到关注,薄层路面随之产生。因沥青路面行车舒适、建设速度快、维修方便,薄层路面则主要针对沥青路面。 通过分析沥青路面各结构层的不同功能及特点,进行改性沥青碎石、防水抗裂层、排水路面的组成设计,并自行设计低温抗拉试验、低温抗压试验、低温抗冲击试验的试验方法;在此基础上,在现场铺筑试验路进行试验,结果显示该路段未出现车辙、松散等病害取得了满意的录用效果,证明高性能薄层路面结构设计的安全性。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the quantity and quality of roads in various countries, the economy of road construction is paid more and more attention, and the thin-layer pavement is produced. Because the asphalt pavement runs comfortably, the construction speed is fast, the maintenance is convenient, the thin layer pavement is mainly aimed at the asphalt pavement. By analyzing the different functions and characteristics of each structure layer of asphalt pavement, the composition design of modified asphalt macadam, waterproof and crack resistant layer and drainage pavement is carried out, and the low temperature tensile test and low temperature compression test are designed by ourselves. The test method of low temperature impact resistance test, on the basis of which, the test was carried out in the field, the results showed that the road was not rutted, loose and other diseases obtained satisfactory employment effect. The safety of high performance thin-layer pavement structure design is proved.
