新疆地区公路建设技术标准体系规划研究

【摘要】:地方公路工程技术标准是在国家现有标准体系的前提下,为了更好地服务地方公路建设而修编的用于指导地方公路建设的依据。 论文根据新疆地区的特点对公路工程技术标准、地方标准、科研成果展开分析,首先通过系统分析《公路工程技术标准》包含的基础勘测类、路线设计类、交通工程类、交通安全类、环境保护类、路基类、路面类以及桥涵隧道类标准规范细则,结合新疆地区的道路、交通、环境、气象实际特点,设计了新疆地区公路建设调研问卷,并通过SPSS软件分析了问卷的信度。通过问卷的对比分析,提出了新疆地区公路工程技术标准需编明细。 其次,通过对各省地方公路工程技术标准、新疆地区公路建设的相关科研成果分析,从先进性、适用性、协调性等方面提出盐渍土地区公路修筑和沙漠地区公路选线及线形参数研究的科研成果可纳入新疆地区地方标准技术体系中。 再次,本着体现地方区域特色、与时俱进、体系完整的原则,构建了新疆地区地方公路工程技术标准体系框架。结合实地调研数据,应用相对熵的原理计算出各个标准修编的效用值,采用数量级特点确定了该地区地方标准规划序列。同时应用贝叶斯判别分析方法,,建立了贝叶斯线性判别模型,并借助SPSS分析软件,构建了公路工程技术标准修编规划序列模型,最终综合考虑轻重缓急,分析出了新疆地区地方标准修编规划序列。 成果的应用将提高新疆地区公路建设水平,对全国地方公路工程标准的建设具有现实意义。论文得到新疆自治区交通运输厅科技计划的支持。
[Abstract]:The technical standard of local highway engineering is the basis for guiding the construction of local highway under the premise of the existing national standard system and in order to better serve the local highway construction. According to the characteristics of Xinjiang, the paper analyzes the technical standards, local standards and scientific research achievements of highway engineering. Firstly, the basic survey, route design and traffic engineering are systematically analyzed. Road safety, environmental protection, roadbed, pavement and bridge, culvert, tunnel, and the actual characteristics of roads, traffic, environment and meteorology in Xinjiang region are combined to design the survey questionnaire of highway construction in Xinjiang. The reliability of the questionnaire was analyzed by SPSS software. Through the comparative analysis of the questionnaire, the paper puts forward that the technical standard of highway engineering in Xinjiang area should be compiled and detailed. Secondly, through the analysis of the technical standards of local highway engineering in various provinces and the related scientific research results of highway construction in Xinjiang, from the perspective of advanced nature and applicability, In terms of coordination, it is suggested that the scientific research results of highway construction in saline soil area and highway route selection and alignment parameters in desert area can be incorporated into the local standard technical system in Xinjiang. Thirdly, based on the principle of reflecting the local regional characteristics, advancing with the times and the integrity of the system, the framework of the technical standard system for local highway engineering in Xinjiang is constructed. Combined with the field investigation data, the utility value of each standard revision is calculated by applying the principle of relative entropy, and the local standard planning sequence in this area is determined by the order of magnitude characteristic. At the same time, the Bayesian linear discriminant model is established by using Bayesian discriminant analysis method. With the help of SPSS analysis software, the planning sequence model of highway engineering technical standard revision is constructed. The planning sequence of local standard revision in Xinjiang is analyzed. The application of the results will improve the level of highway construction in Xinjiang area and have practical significance for the construction of national local highway engineering standards.
