池州市生态农业发展模式研究

【摘要】：农业的发展是我国经济水平提高的关键因素,为了提高农作物的产量,获得较高的利润,化肥、农药等化学物质被大量的应用到农业生产中促进了农业生产水平的提高,但过量施用破坏了农业生态环境,污染了农产品。另外,随着工业的发展,以及人口的不断增加,生产及生活废弃物乱堆乱放导致土地以及水源被污染,点源污染、面源污染以及立体污染三者到处可见。因此农业的发展模式急需进行调整,应将生态学原理、系统工程思路、现代管理理论以及生态经济学理论等运用到农业的发展中,发展生态农业。本文以池州市为研究对象。通过对国内外农业的发展模式的相关文献进行系统的学习,在掌握一定理论基础的前提下,实地调研池州市的农业产业发展现状,并将得到的资料和信息进行整理,总结出目前池州市农业产业的特征、发展优势、面临的问题和制约因素,提出适合池州市的生态农业发展模式,即构建都市农业田园、农业加工企业耦合、花卉果蔬储运加工、设施生态农业、生态循环农业以及龙头企业带动的模式。为了使这些模式在池州市更好的实施,从加强农业基础设施的建设、整合各种资源要素、建立稳定人才以及资金的投入机制、加强技术以及体制创新、加快市场体系建设、鼓励社会公众广泛参与农村建设以及加强国际合作等这八方面提出合理的建议与措施,促进池州市更好的发展生态农业。
[Abstract]:The development of agriculture is the key factor to improve the economic level of our country. In order to increase the yield of crops and obtain higher profits, chemical substances such as chemical fertilizers, pesticides and other chemicals have been widely used in agricultural production to promote the improvement of agricultural production level.However, excessive application has damaged the agricultural ecological environment and polluted agricultural products.In addition, with the development of industry and the continuous increase of population, the production and domestic waste disorderly disposal causes the pollution of land and water source, point source pollution, non-point source pollution and stereoscopic pollution.Therefore, the development mode of agriculture is in urgent need of adjustment. Ecological principles, systems engineering ideas, modern management theories and ecological economics theories should be applied to the development of agriculture to develop ecological agriculture.This paper takes Chizhou City as the research object.Through the systematic study of the related documents on the development mode of agriculture at home and abroad, and on the premise of mastering certain theoretical basis, the present situation of agricultural industry development in Chizhou City has been investigated on the spot, and the data and information obtained have been sorted out.This paper summarizes the characteristics, advantages, problems and restrictive factors of Chizhou's agricultural industry at present, and puts forward the development mode of ecological agriculture suitable for Chizhou, that is, the construction of urban agricultural field, the coupling of agricultural processing enterprises, the storage, transportation and processing of flowers, fruits and vegetables.Facilities ecological agriculture, ecological recycling agriculture and leading enterprises driven by the model.In order to implement these models better in Chizhou City, we should strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure, integrate all kinds of resource elements, establish a stable investment mechanism for talents and funds, strengthen technological and institutional innovation, and speed up the construction of market system.In order to promote the better development of ecological agriculture in Chizhou City, we should encourage the public to participate in rural construction extensively and strengthen international cooperation, and put forward some reasonable suggestions and measures to promote the development of ecological agriculture in Chizhou City.
