某轻型汽油车国Ⅴ排放异常问题分析与改进

【摘要】：针对某轻型汽油车在国Ⅴ排放开发过程中出现的THC、CO和NOx 3种排放物同时大量产生的异常问题,通过鱼骨图分析识别出可能的影响因素,并通过对三效催化转换器贵金属含量和气流均匀性进行重点分析得出气流均匀性为主要影响因素。通过排气歧管设计变更以改善催化器气流均匀性,进而解决排放异常问题,使排放耐久试验顺利进行,同时避免了大幅增加催化器贵金属含量。
