云南滇西特色旅游小镇规划设计研究

【摘要】：城镇化是我国现代化建设的历史任务,也是新农村建设的重要解决之道。近年来,我国小城镇发展迅猛,要提高小城镇的城镇化质量,必须积极引导城镇化健康发展,这需要科学地规划小城镇的建设发展。科学地规划小城镇的建设发展是农村向城市转化的基本依据和前提。进而促使农村的经济发展和社会面貌的重大转变。特别是以特色产业为支撑,建设具有差别化、个性化特点的小城镇,打造区域经济增长极,可以促进城乡之间生产要素的有序流动。这对提高农村的城镇化水平,扩大城镇对农村的辐射带动作用,带动农村二、三产业发展有着重要作用,同时也为农村富余劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移创造条件。不仅可以促进农业经济和农村产业结构调整,加快农村经济发展,还能形成了以城带乡、以工促农和城乡一体化发展的格局。科学地规划小城镇的建设发展对促进社会协调发展和国民经济的良性循环有着重大的意义。为使云南省小城镇进一步的健康发展,应着手从旅游小镇入手,充分挖掘云南省各地特色资源优势。本论文主要是在小城镇规划设计的一般理念和方法中,从解决实际问题角度出发,试图探索出一条适合旅游小镇的规划设计方法,并希望能在具体项目的实施中发挥指导性的作用。论文中重点强调小城镇规划设计的理念和方法重要性,强调在规划设计中充分挖掘和利用当地资源优势,展现特色民俗文化,使小镇经济得到发展,文化得到保护。本论文主要分为七部分：第一、二章主要对相关理论进行分析、梳理和总结,认真的剖析并清楚的认识研究对象。主要介绍了论文的研究背景、研究内容、国内外旅游小镇规划设计发展历程及理论研究、我国旅游小镇规划设计中存在的问题和滇西旅游小镇发展现状及特征;第三、四章分别通过对已经规划好的周边具有代表性的旅游小镇——大理古城、和顺古镇进行分析研究,总结经验。研究了项目实践中存在的一些问题,如在规划设计中虽然考虑了与旅游业的相结合,但没由表及里进行深度分析；第五章主要通过以上对比分析总结经验,得出在滇西旅游小镇规划设计研究中应注意的问题；第六章结合以往的规划设计经验,将研究成果运用到实际案例中——大等喊旅游小镇规划设计；第七章对论文的研究成果进行总结,并提出了一些相关建议和展望。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the historical task of China's modernization construction and an important solution to the construction of new countryside. In recent years, small towns in China have developed rapidly. In order to improve the quality of urbanization of small towns, we must actively guide the healthy development of urbanization. It is necessary to plan the construction and development of small towns scientifically, which is the basic basis and prerequisite for the transformation from rural areas to cities. Not to be supported by characteristic industries, Building small towns with differential and individualized characteristics and creating regional economic growth poles can promote the orderly flow of production factors between urban and rural areas, which can improve the level of urbanization in rural areas and expand the radiation driving effect of towns on rural areas. Driving the development of the secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas plays an important role, and at the same time creating conditions for the transfer of surplus rural labor to non-agricultural industries and towns. It can not only promote the adjustment of the agricultural economy and the rural industrial structure, but also speed up the development of the rural economy. They can also form cities and villages, The pattern of promoting agriculture by industry and integrating urban and rural areas. It is of great significance to scientifically plan the construction and development of small towns in order to promote the harmonious development of society and the virtuous circle of national economy. Should start from the tourist town, fully mining Yunnan Province throughout the characteristics of resources advantages. In this paper, in the general idea and method of small town planning and design, from the point of view of solving practical problems, we try to explore a planning and design method suitable for tourist town. The paper emphasizes the importance of the concept and method of planning and design of small towns, and emphasizes that the advantages of local resources can be fully exploited and utilized in the planning and design to show the folk culture with characteristics. Make small town economy get development, culture is protected. This paper is divided into seven parts:. The first and second chapters mainly analyze, comb and summarize the relevant theories, and analyze and understand the research object carefully. It mainly introduces the research background and research content of the thesis. The history and theory of tourism town planning and design at home and abroad, the problems existing in the planning and design of tourism town in China and the present situation and characteristics of tourism town development in western Yunnan. Through the analysis and research of Dali ancient town and Heshun ancient town, which has been planned as the representative tourist town around, the four chapters summarize the experience, and study some problems existing in the project practice. For example, although the combination of tourism and planning is taken into account in the planning and design, it does not carry out in-depth analysis from the outside to the interior; chapter 5th summarizes the experience mainly through the above comparative analysis, and draws the problems that should be paid attention to in the planning and design of the tourist towns in western Yunnan; Chapter 6th combines the past experience of planning and design, and applies the research results to the actual case of planning and design of small town tourism. Chapter 7th summarizes the research results of the paper, and puts forward some relevant suggestions and prospects.
