混合模式下适宜老年人的住区环境设计

【摘要】：老龄化问题既是社会的重大挑战之一，又是社会进步的必然结果。随着我们逐步进入21世纪，社会老龄化的问题将进入我们生活的各个方面。因此，研究并完善老年人住区环境设计是当下设计师的当务之急。如何应对适应老年人居住的住区进行环境改造设计研究是本文研究的重点。本文从交叉学科的角度出发，通过社会学、心理学、生理学、建筑学、城市规划学等学科视角来探讨老龄化的问题以及老年人群的特点。对国内外的文献资料进行了分析总结，阐述了当今该领域研究的不足之处，以及现有普通小区内适合老年人的环境的缺失。通过调查各种相关资料，以及调研合肥市几个相邻小区住户对于住区内环境设计的一些看法。在对国内外的相关研究问题进行回顾总结以后，对我国的适合老年居住的住区环境设计进行归纳总结。本文总体分为三个部分，第一部分提出问题，在我国加速老龄化的大背景下，日益增长的老年人口数量和我国住区环境的不适老性形成了主要矛盾。该部分为本文的第一章。第二部分分析问题，人类进入老龄期，由于自然的规律，心理以及身理上都将会出现诸多变化，行为方式也跟着发生变化。章节对老年人的心理和生理特点，以及老年人的行为方式进行研究。并总结了老年人对于居住环境的特殊要求。在调查层面通过问卷的方式深入了解了老年人对现有环境的居住意见和对环境的自身感受。该部分为本文的第二至三章。第三部分解决问题，提出混合模式的住区设计概念，，并对住区的结构、布局、活动空间、配套设施、以及环境品质进行阐述，最后辅以实证。该部分为本文的第四章。最后第五章阐述该篇论文的结论并提出对未来老年住区规划设计的展望。文章重在引入一种新的理论观点，在指导实践方面只提出了尝试性的对策，有待实践检验，希望这些成果可以成为该领域进一步深入研究的理论基础。老年住区内加强环境建设，为今后新兴的老年住区提供有利的理论基础和实践经验。对今后的老年住区理论研究的改进中起到一定的启发和参考作用。
[Abstract]:The problem of aging is not only one of the major challenges of society, but also the inevitable result of social progress. As we step into the 21st century, the problem of aging society will enter all aspects of our lives. Therefore, it is urgent for designers to study and perfect the environmental design of elderly residential areas. How to adapt to the old people living in residential areas for environmental renovation design research is the focus of this study. This paper discusses the problem of aging and the characteristics of elderly people from the perspective of interdiscipline, such as sociology, psychology, physiology, architecture, urban planning and so on. This paper analyzes and summarizes the literature and materials at home and abroad, expounds the deficiencies of current research in this field, and the lack of the environment suitable for the elderly in the existing common community. Through the investigation of all kinds of related data, as well as the investigation of some views on the environmental design of the residential district in several adjacent residential areas in Hefei. After reviewing and summing up the related research problems at home and abroad, the environmental design of residential areas suitable for the elderly in China is summarized. This paper is divided into three parts as a whole. In the first part, under the background of accelerating the aging of our country, the increasing number of the elderly population and the uncomfortable old age of the residential environment of our country have formed the main contradiction. This part is the first chapter of this paper. The second part analyses the problem that the human being enters the old age period, because of the natural law, the psychology as well as the body will appear many changes, the behavior way also will produce the change along with it. The chapter studies the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly, as well as the behavior of the elderly. And summed up the special requirements of the elderly for the living environment. At the questionnaire level, we deeply understand the living opinions of the elderly about the existing environment and their own feelings about the environment. This part is the second to third chapters of this paper. In the third part, the concept of mixed model residential design is put forward, and the structure, layout, activity space, supporting facilities and environmental quality of residential area are expounded. This part is the fourth chapter of this paper. In the fifth chapter, the conclusion of this paper is expounded and the prospect of planning and design of the old residential area in the future is put forward. This paper focuses on introducing a new theoretical point of view, and puts forward only tentative countermeasures in guiding practice, which need to be tested in practice. It is hoped that these results can become the theoretical basis for further research in this field. Strengthening the environmental construction in the elderly residential area will provide a favorable theoretical basis and practical experience for the new old residential area in the future. In the future, the improvement of the old residential area theory plays a certain role in inspiration and reference.
