淮河城西湖蓄洪区洪水资源利用分析

【摘要】:研究引汛末淮河水入蓄城西湖蓄洪区,抬高城西湖蓄洪区蓄水位,对缓解淮河中游地区的干旱缺水问题具有重要意义。利用淮河润河集水文站多年的流量、水位资料和城西湖区天然来水流量资料,分析蓄水的可行性,并在拟建进水闸条件下,根据现状需水和预测需水,采用时历列表法进行径流调节计算,得到历年蓄水位和引淮水量,采用适线法计算出水位经验频率,在蓄水位为20.5 m时供水保证率可达到98.7%。对不同引水方案进行计算,推荐闸底板高程为19.0 m和过闸流量为100 m3/s的方案,最后利用Arc GIS进行蓄水模拟淹没影响,表明水位抬高至20.5 m的淹没区域变化小,蓄水方案可行。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the flood storage area of West Lake in Huai River at the end of the flood period and to raise the water level of the flood storage area in the middle reaches of the Huaihe River, which is of great significance to alleviate the problem of drought and water shortage in the middle reaches of the Huaihe River.Based on the discharge, water level data and natural water flow data of Huai River Runhe Hydrological Station for many years, this paper analyzes the feasibility of water storage, and under the condition of the proposed intake sluice, according to the present situation, it needs water and forecasts water demand.The runoff regulation calculation is carried out by using the chronological calendar method, and the annual storage water level and the drainage water volume are obtained. The empirical frequency of the water level is calculated by using the fitting line method, and the guarantee rate of water supply can reach 98.7 when the water level is 20.5 m.According to the calculation of different diversion schemes, it is recommended that the height of bottom slab of sluice is 19.0 m and the discharge of sluice is 100m3 / s. Finally, Arc GIS is used to simulate the inundation effect, which indicates that the submerged area with water level rising to 20.5m is small, and the water storage scheme is feasible.
