民族社会工作中的文化及其处遇

【摘要】：社会工作在本质上是以文化为基础的,以少数民族为工作对象的民族社会工作更是要高度重视文化因素。以探讨"文化敏感"背后的价值倾向为切入点,对民族社会工作中的文化及其面相进行了系统梳理,厘清其价值取向与认知结构的双重属性,强调其对社会工作者和服务对象的各自意义,以求达到双方视域融合基础上的工作开展。同时,在探讨文化处遇时开展了对价值观的一般与特殊、文化自负与文化自卑、文化持守与文化发展这几组文化问题的思考。
[Abstract]:In essence, social work is based on culture, and ethnic social work with ethnic minorities as the object of work should attach great importance to cultural factors and explore the value tendency behind "cultural sensitivity" as the starting point. This paper systematically combs the culture and its face in the national social work, clarifies the dual attributes of its value orientation and cognitive structure, and emphasizes its respective significance to social workers and service objects.
