【摘要】：中国共产党对马克思主义人民公仆思想的新发展主要表现在:第一,在执政者必须成为人民公仆的问题上,提出了全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨、密切联系群众的优良作风、从群众中来到群众中去的群众路线、警惕执政党脱离群众的思想、领导就是服务的论断、"三个有利于"的标准、把人民根本利益置于首位的"三个代表"思想、以人为本的科学发展观、立党为公执政为民的本质要求、反对"四风"的要求和途径等;第二,在怎样当好人民公仆并防止其蜕变的问题上,建立了人民民主制度,坚持反对官僚主义,坚持干部选用科学标准,注重世界观教育改造,发挥正反典型示范警示作用,以发展社会主义民主为根本目的推进政治体制改革,以立党为公执政为民为根本归旨推进党风廉政建设,加强党的作风建设重塑党员干部人民公仆形象,深入开展反腐败斗争打造严厉惩治腐败分子制度铁笼。
[Abstract]:The new development of the Marxist people's public servant ideology by the Communist Party of China is mainly manifested in the following aspects: first, on the issue that the rulers must become the people's public servants, the CPC has put forward the fundamental aim of serving the people wholeheartedly and has a fine style of working closely with the masses. The mass line that comes to the masses from among the masses and the vigilance of the ruling party in breaking away from the thinking of the masses, leadership is the judgment of service, the standard of "three benefits", and the "three represents" thinking, which puts the fundamental interests of the people first, The scientific development view of people-oriented, the essential requirement of establishing the party for the public to govern for the people, and the requirement and ways to oppose the "four winds"; second, the people's democratic system has been established on how to be a good public servant of the people and to prevent its transformation. We must persist in opposing bureaucracy, insisting on the selection of scientific standards for cadres, paying attention to the education and reform of the world outlook, giving play to the positive and negative typical demonstration and warning, and promoting the reform of the political system with the fundamental aim of developing socialist democracy. The fundamental aim is to establish the party for the public and to govern for the people, to promote the building of a clean and honest party style, to strengthen the Party's style of work, to reshape the image of the people's public servants of the Party members and cadres, to carry out the anti-corruption struggle in depth, and to build a strict system of punishing corrupt elements.
