容错纠错机制的运行机理

【摘要】：容错与纠错均旨在正确处理失误,容错重在科学地认识问题,纠错重在科学地解决问题,二者共同构成一个有机整体,相互融合、缺一不可。从抽象层面的宏观理论辨识、实践层面的中观系统结构和微观的运行过程三个方面探讨容错纠错机制在政治实践中的作用机理和在创新驱动发展战略中的实现路径。
[Abstract]:Both fault-tolerant and error-correcting aim at dealing with mistakes correctly. Fault tolerance focuses on understanding problems scientifically and solving problems scientifically. They form an organic whole and merge with each other. This paper discusses the function mechanism of fault-tolerant error correction mechanism in political practice and its realization path in innovation-driven development strategy from three aspects: macroscopic theory identification in abstract level, mesoscopic system structure in practice level and microcosmic operation process.
