高校廉政风险网格式防控管理研究

【摘要】：高校廉政风险网格式防控管理,纵向维度实行分级、分类、分工的逐级深入的结构化系统风险管理组织架构,建设学校党委、机关部处、学院系所、师生员工的四级防控管理体系,横向维度推动廉政风险防控管理权力结构科学化配置体系、权力运行规范化监督体系和廉政风险信息化防控体系"三个体系"建设工作。该模式通过把握廉政风险防控管理网格式架构关键环节、加大高校廉政风险防控管理保障力度、创新高校廉政风险防控管理技术手段、强化廉政风险防控管理质量的评价监督等措施,发挥网格式架构的优势特色,提升高校廉政风险防控管理质量。
[Abstract]:The risk management of clean government in colleges and universities is based on grid prevention and control. The vertical dimension is classified, classified and divided. The organizational structure of structured system risk management is carried out step by step, and the party committees, departments, departments and departments of colleges and universities are built. The four-level prevention and control management system of teachers, students and staff promotes the construction of "three systems" in the horizontal dimension, such as the scientific disposition system of the power structure of clean administration risk prevention and control management, the standardized supervision system of power operation and the prevention and control system of clean administration risk information. By grasping the key links of the grid structure of clean government risk prevention and control management, the model strengthens the guarantee of clean government risk prevention and control management in colleges and universities, and innovates the technical means of clean government risk prevention and control management in colleges and universities. Strengthening the evaluation and supervision of the quality of clean government risk prevention and control management, giving full play to the advantages of the grid structure, and improving the quality of clean government risk prevention and control management in colleges and universities.
