【摘要】：正在2016年10月召开的全国国有企业党的建设工作会议上,习近平总书记指出,"坚持党的领导、加强党的建设,是我国国有企业的光荣传统,是国有企业的‘根’和‘魂’,是我国国有企业的独特优势"。加强党的建设,把国企的"根"和"魂"落到实处,是国有企业首要的政治责任。在生产经营环节中,要坚持国企党组织的政治核心作用落实落地,把改革发展中的热点难点作为国企党建的重点,把提高生产经营成效作为国企
[Abstract]:At the National Conference on the Construction of the Party of State-owned Enterprises, held in October 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out, "it is the glorious tradition of state-owned enterprises in China to adhere to the leadership of the Party and strengthen party building, and is the 'root' and 'soul' of the state-owned enterprises. Is our country state-owned enterprise's unique advantage ". Strengthening the party building and putting the "root" and "soul" of state-owned enterprises into practice are the primary political responsibilities of state-owned enterprises. In the process of production and management, we should persist in the implementation of the political core role of the party organizations in state-owned enterprises, regard the hot and difficult points in the reform and development as the focus of the party building of state-owned enterprises, and regard improving the effectiveness of production and management as the focus of state-owned enterprises.
