[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's political life has entered the new normal of strict administration of the Party, heavy fist against corruption and pure ecology. In this new normal, officials remain safe in politics. The political logic of accumulating resources for promotion is undergoing a major change--The "result-oriented" traditional view of political achievement of "power operation does not question legal theory" will inevitably be "process guidance" with equal emphasis on "comprehensive achievements" and "procedural justice" in the end.
