公民素养:精神文明的主体境界

【摘要】：公民是社会主义精神文明的建设主体、受益主体与评判主体,公民素养之高低直接关乎社会主义精神文明建设乃至社会主义现代化建设之成败。根据精神文明的内在结构与公民生活的现实展开,可将公民素养透析为一个涵盖价值素养、理性素养与交往素养的三维结构。其中,价值素养即价值理念素养是公民素养的思想先导,它为理性素养与交往素养提供正确的意识统领、坚定的思想保障与丰沛的道德源泉;理性素养即理性意识素养是公民素养的观念内核,它为价值素养与交往素养提供价值理性维度的自主意识与公共意识、工具理性维度的反思意识与批判意识;交往素养即交往美德素养是公民素养的现实指向,它是价值素养与理性素养能否得以顺利育成的实践保证。
[Abstract]:Citizens are the main body of socialist spiritual civilization construction, the main body of benefit and judgment, The level of citizen accomplishment is directly related to the success or failure of socialist spiritual civilization construction and socialist modernization construction. According to the inner structure of spiritual civilization and the reality of citizen life, it can be analyzed as a value literacy. The three dimensional structure of rational literacy and communication accomplishment, among which, value literacy, namely value idea accomplishment, is the thought forerunner of citizen accomplishment, it provides the correct consciousness leadership for rational accomplishment and communication accomplishment, firm thought safeguard and abundant moral source; Rational literacy is the core of the concept of civil literacy, which provides the independent consciousness and public consciousness in the dimension of value rationality and communication literacy, and the reflective consciousness and critical consciousness in the dimension of tool rationality. Communication accomplishment, namely communication virtue accomplishment, is the realistic direction of citizen's accomplishment, and it is the practice guarantee that value accomplishment and rational accomplishment can be successfully developed.
