市场经济条件下礼治秩序的重构

【摘要】：改革开放以来,随着市场经济的强势进入和法治建设的快速推进,以礼治为基础的中国传统社会秩序正在被以法制为基础的现代社会秩序所代替。但传统礼治思想对人的基本素质的培养和人与人之间行为规范的养成等依然起着举足轻重的作用。因此,我们应直面礼治思想的现代阻力,分析礼治秩序的合理性,思索其当代内涵,重构新的适应现代市场经济发展的礼治秩序。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the strong entry of the market economy and the rapid development of the rule of law, The Chinese traditional social order based on the rule of etiquette is being replaced by the modern social order based on the rule of law. However, the cultivation of the basic qualities of people and the formation of the norms of behavior among people still play an important role in the traditional thought of rule of etiquette. Play an important role. Therefore, We should face up to the modern resistance of the thought of rule of etiquette, analyze the rationality of the order of rule of etiquette, think about its contemporary connotation, and reconstruct the new order of rule of etiquette which adapts to the development of modern market economy.
