生态正义的实践智慧与政治伦理的价值自觉

【摘要】：现代社会因受技术理性以及持续膨胀的资本逻辑的强力钳制与支配,充满着风险与不确定性。致力于国家治理体系和治理能力现代化实践的当代中国转型社会,包括政治伦理在内的伦理生活重建与道德治理的立足点和基本目标,在于以政治合法性的名义,切实保障当代道德生活主体合法地谋求、享受幸福生活的生态权利与权益,致力于良好的生态社会的整体性的制度筹划,一种生态理性自觉基础上生态型政府的理念与实践自觉。此一目的的达成,有赖于现代社会生态正义理想以及相应的伦理文化和价值目标的共识性理解,以及在此基础上依托现代生态政治理念,对一种生态公民之责任和义务的实践担当和集体践行。
[Abstract]:The modern society is dominated by technological rationality and capital logic, full of risks and uncertainties. It is committed to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity of the modern Chinese society. The foothold and basic goal of the reconstruction and management of ethical life, including political ethics, lies in ensuring the ecological rights and interests of the subject of contemporary moral life legally seeking and enjoying a happy life in the name of political legitimacy. Committed to a good ecological society of the integrity of the system planning, an ecological rational consciousness based on the concept and practice of ecological government consciousness. It depends on the consensus understanding of the ideal of ecological justice in modern society and the corresponding ethical culture and value goal, and on the basis of which, relying on the modern ecological political concept, the responsibility and obligation of an ecological citizen should be shouldered and carried out collectively.
