【摘要】：公共生活是时代进步、社会发展的文明场域。多主体、宽渠道和网络状的公共生活,极大地丰富了人们日常生活的进步性和获得感。但由于公共生活主体的个体私人性和资源共享性,人们常常困惑于“做好自己”与“成全他人”的道德焦虑之间。纵观中国历史进程中公共生活的传统形态,人伦关系的无序是导致公共生活失范的伦理主因。主要表现在传统社会结构中强调“为臣民”的政治灌输,以阶级的藩篱孤立不合群的个体。以及在现代社会中忽视“做公民”的伦理自觉,以利益趋同的幌子掩盖公民应有的道德行动。因此,如何培育和健全支撑现代公共生活的公共精神和公民道德将成为建设中国特色社会主义社会的时代工程。本文研究源于对我国当下公共生活无序和失范的焦虑,因此具有较强的问题意识和实践指向。论文致力于在理论上厘清“公共生活”的学术话语、伦理属性及其历史演进的形态,并提出以对话协商、爱与正义为核心准则,以政府、企业、社会协力共治和公民自治为多元路径的伦理治理,进而引出以公民道德引领现代公共生活的伦理意蕴作为本文研究可预期的实践愿景。我们呼吁以公民道德引领公共生活,就是希望能够纠正公民被动接受公共生活的样态,使得公民养成自我主体意识和批判精神,从而自觉自为的参与到公共生活中去。
[Abstract]:Public life is the civilized field of the progress of the times and the development of the society. It greatly enriches the progress and the sense of acquisition of people's daily life. However, due to the individual private nature and the sharing of resources of the main body of public life, People are often confused by the moral anxiety of "being yourself" and "doing well for others." throughout the course of Chinese history, the traditional form of public life, The disorder of human relations is the main ethical reason leading to the disorder of public life, which is mainly manifested in the political indoctrination of "for the subjects" in the traditional social structure. Isolating unfit individuals with class barriers, and neglecting the ethical consciousness of "being citizens" in modern society, concealing citizens' proper moral actions under the guise of convergence of interests. How to cultivate and perfect the public spirit and citizen morality that support modern public life will become the time project of building socialism society with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, there is a strong sense of problem and practical direction. The thesis is devoted to clarify the academic discourse, ethical attributes and historical evolution of "public life" in theory, and puts forward the core principles of dialogue, negotiation, love and justice, and the government. Corporate, social cooperation and citizen autonomy are ethical governance with multiple paths, Then the ethical implication of leading modern public life by citizen morality is introduced as the expected practical vision of this paper. We call for civil morality to lead public life, that is to say, we hope to correct the passive acceptance of public life by citizens. So that citizens develop self-consciousness and critical spirit, thus consciously participate in public life.
