公民友爱与政治秩序

【摘要】：友爱作为一种基本的公民美德兼具私人与公共的双重特性。古希腊人十分强调友爱所具有的公共(政治)意义,而现代人却更重视友爱的私人(个体)向度。本文通过集中阐释古典公共友爱及其向现代私密友爱逐渐演变的历史轨迹,细致梳理围绕公民友爱具有何种政治意蕴所呈现的理论纷争,力图阐明公民友爱与政治秩序之间的内在关联,从而希冀复兴一种古典共和主义的公民友爱观。
[Abstract]:As a basic civic virtue, fraternity has the dual characteristics of private and public.The ancient Greeks emphasized the public (political) meaning of fraternity, while modern people paid more attention to the private (individual) dimension of fraternity.By focusing on the history of classical public friendliness and its gradual evolution to modern private friendship, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the theoretical disputes about what political implications of civic fraternity have.This paper tries to clarify the inner relationship between civil fraternity and political order, and hopes to revive a classical Republican view of civil fraternity.
