【摘要】：作为一个多元文化与价值冲突背景下应运而生的产物,“承认”如今已成为时代的关键词之一。从某种意义上说,现代社会就是一个人际关系分裂的社会。如何使所有人平等且有尊严地在共同体之中共同生活是一个亟待解决的问题。笔者将从伦理维度研究承认理论以寻求解决上述问题的途径,并尝试澄清在学界一直颇具争议的承认概念。本文将通过以下几部分对承认的伦理维度进行研究。第一部分:作为一个伦理概念的承认。第一部分是从伦理维度对承认的概念进行探讨,这一部分也是文章中最为关键的部分。首先,本文通过对同一性概念“认同”的研究,发现了其理论困境继而引出侧重差异性的概念——“承认”,并指出从“认同”走向“承认”将是必然趋势。然后,本文通过分析承认问题研究的发展脉络,整理出历代哲学家对于这一问题的研究成果。最后,由于承认概念至今仍无定论,因此本文对承认概念进行了语义学和伦理学上的考察并尝试揭示其本质内涵。第二部分:作为一种伦理规范的承认。这一部分是本文所研究的承认理论的具体展开。在借鉴了霍耐特的承认规范理论之后,本文将承认总结为包含了爱、法权和团结三种形式的伦理规范,并具体介绍了每种形式及其内在要求。第三部分:作为一种伦理模式的承认。这里的伦理模式是指的是承认伦理在现实中的应用模型。这部分集中讨论了科耶夫的普遍同质国家和福山的历史终结论以及平等尊严政治,然后分析并指出了承认理论对于当今社会发展的三大重要现实意义——促进自我认同的发展,谋求人类平等的实现,推进和谐社会的建设。
[Abstract]:As a product of multiculturalism and value conflict, recognition has become one of the key words of the times.In a sense, modern society is a society where interpersonal relationships are divided.How to make all people live together in the community with equality and dignity is an urgent problem to be solved.The author will study the theory of recognition from the ethical dimension in order to find a way to solve the above problems and try to clarify the controversial concept of recognition in academic circles.This article will carry on the research through the following several parts to the recognition ethics dimension.Part one: recognition as an ethical concept.The first part is to discuss the concept of recognition from the ethical dimension, which is also the most important part of the article.First of all, by studying the concept of identity, this paper finds out its theoretical dilemma and then leads to the concept of "recognition", which emphasizes on the difference, and points out that it will be an inevitable trend to move from "identity" to "recognition".Then, by analyzing the development of the research on the question of recognition, this paper collates the research results of philosophers of all dynasties.Finally, since the concept of recognition is still inconclusive, this paper examines the concept of recognition in semantics and ethics and tries to reveal its essential connotation.Part two: recognition as an ethical norm.This part is the concrete development of the theory of recognition studied in this paper.After drawing lessons from Honet's theory of recognition norms, this paper summarizes recognition as ethical norms including love, right of law and solidarity, and introduces each form and its inherent requirements.Part three: recognition as an ethical model.The ethical model here refers to the application model of recognition ethics in reality.This part focuses on Koyev's general homogeneity state and Fukushan's theory of historical termination and the politics of equal dignity, and then analyzes and points out the three important practical significance of the theory of recognition for the development of today's society, that is, to promote the development of self-identity.To seek the realization of human equality and promote the construction of a harmonious society.
