【摘要】：家庭是一个人获得教育的起点，家庭教育是一个人最先受到的教育，对个人的思想美德有着启蒙性和引导性的作用。在范仲淹看来，家庭教育和家庭美德思想应该受到重视和推崇。在北宋当时的社会环境影响下，范仲淹深受儒释道思想的影响，希望将儒家思想和释道思想儒家化的一些积极内容践行到家庭成员的美德教育中。范仲淹主要通过家书和家训的形式来阐述其家庭美德思想，因此笔者将他的家庭美德思想大致整理成父子之间、夫妻之间、兄弟之间三个方面的内容。关于父子之间的父慈子孝的美德，，父亲应该对子女做到严慈相济，要对子女的进行履行抚养和教育的义务，并且在言行上坚持以身作则。而子女应该对父亲做到孝道竭力，不仅要物质上赡养父母，还需要满足父母的精神上的需求，使得父母感到愉悦和顺心。对于夫妻之间的家庭美德思想，范仲淹认为夫妻最重要的是男女正位，男主外女主内，丈夫懂得忧家教妻，妻子学会服勤妇道。兄弟之间的家庭美德思想紧紧围绕的是互相帮助，兄长善待弟弟，弟弟恭敬兄长。范仲淹希望通过这些家庭美德来指导家人的言行，提升家人的思想境界，调整家人间的关系，促进家族的兴旺繁荣。范仲淹的家庭美德思想一方面传承儒家文化，加快了封建社会儒家伦理道德教化的普及过程；丰富和完善了教育思想，促进了封建社会入仕为官思想的发展；融合家庭教育和家族教育，拓展了封建社会家训的内涵。尽管其存在着一定的历史局限，但对于优化个人价值观、增强家庭凝聚力、提升社会稳定度等方面仍具有十分重要的参考和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Family is the starting point for a person to obtain education, and family education is the first education for a person, which has an enlightening and guiding effect on one's ideological virtue. In Fan Zhongyan's view, family education and family virtue should be valued and respected. Under the influence of the social environment of the Northern Song Dynasty, Fan Zhongyan was deeply influenced by Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, hoping to put some positive contents of Confucianism and Buddhism into the moral education of family members. Fan Zhongyan mainly elaborates his family virtue thought through the form of family letter and family instruction, so the author roughly arranges his family virtue thought into three aspects: between father and son, between husband and wife, and between brothers. As for the virtue of filial piety between father and son, father should be strict and compassionate to his children, fulfill his duty of raising and educating his children, and set an example in his words and deeds. Children should do their best to be filial to their father, not only to support their parents materially, but also to satisfy their spiritual needs so that they feel happy and happy. As for the family virtue thought between husband and wife, Fan Zhongyan thinks that the most important thing for husband and wife is the right position of men and women, the husband knows how to care for his wife, and his wife learns to take care of the wife. The idea of family virtues between brothers revolves around helping each other. The brother treats the younger brother kindly and the younger brother deference to the brother. Fan Zhongyan hopes to use these family virtues to guide his family's words and deeds, to enhance their mental state, to adjust their relationships, and to promote their prosperity and prosperity. Fan Zhongyan's family virtue thought, on the one hand, inherits the Confucian culture, speeds up the popularization process of Confucian ethics and moral education in feudal society, enriches and perfects the educational thought, and promotes the development of feudal society's thought of taking official position as official. The combination of family education and family education has expanded the connotation of feudal family instruction. Although it has some historical limitations, it still has a very important reference and reference significance for optimizing personal values, strengthening family cohesion and promoting social stability.
