【摘要】：在社会变革的际遇下,各种价值利益诉求导致伦理道德观念剧烈碰撞,成为国家文化软实力提升的现实考量。社会主义核心价值观对国家文化软实力塑造的关键在于使其实化、细化为人们的伦理道德自觉,在增强国民的伦理价值认知和道德素质水平的过程中,彰显国家文化软实力。从国家伦理、社会伦理、个体伦理把握核心价值观塑造国家文化软实力的伦理价值内在契合;从道德理性、集体主义、以人为本三个维度认识核心价值观与国家文化软实力的伦理价值共识,有助于我们强化领导干部的责任伦理意识、建构动态平衡的社会伦理秩序、提升公民的主体性伦理精神,以伦理道德的垂范力、感召力、聚合力凝魂聚气、强基固本,塑造国家文化软实力。
[Abstract]:Under the circumstances of social transformation, various value and interest demands lead to violent collision of ethics and morality, and become a realistic consideration for the promotion of national cultural soft power. The key of socialist core values in shaping the soft power of national culture lies in making it more realistic and refined into people's ethical and moral consciousness. In the process of enhancing the level of national ethical value cognition and moral quality, the key point is to highlight the soft power of national culture. From the national ethics, social ethics, individual ethics to grasp the core values to shape the national cultural soft power of the ethical value of the intrinsic fit, from the moral rationality, collectivism, It is helpful for us to strengthen the sense of responsibility and ethics of leading cadres, to construct a dynamic and balanced social ethical order, and to promote the ethical spirit of citizens' subjectivity by recognizing the consensus of ethical values of core values and soft power of national culture from the three dimensions of "people-oriented". By virtue of ethics and morality, the spirit and spirit can be condensed, and the national cultural soft power can be molded.
