“己所不欲,勿施于人”的当代道德价值——对俞吾金先生《黄金律令,还是权力意志》一文的商榷

【摘要】：俞吾金先生在《道德与文明》2012年第5期发表《黄金律令,还是权力意志——对"己所不欲,勿施于人"命题的新探析》一文,对"己所不欲,勿施于人"的道德价值提出质疑,他从道义论伦理学的立场出发,揭示了"己所不欲,勿施于人"有可能引发的负面效应,提醒大家警惕功利的过度,这有着积极的意义。然而,"己所不欲,勿施于人"的等值语句是"施于人,己所欲",而非"己所欲,施于人";它的适用范围只能是道德领域,把它认定为总是滑动在利己主义和权力意志两个极端之间,是不妥的;提倡"己所不欲,勿施于人",会促进人与人之间的互惠,它不会必然导致"群氓理想",引发"弱者道德的统治";在道德领域,人的忍耐与克制具有一定的合理性;由于价值多元的普遍存在,所有格言警句都难成为全球伦理的黄金律令;"己所不欲,勿施于人"虽然不是全球伦理的黄金律令,但它在当代具有极为重要的道德价值。
[Abstract]:In the fifth issue of "morality and Civilization" in 2012, Mr. Yu Wujin issued the Golden decree, or the will to power: a new analysis of the proposition "do not do what you want, do not do to others", and question the moral value of "do not do to others what you do not want to do to others." From the standpoint of deontic ethics, he reveals the possible negative effects caused by "do not do what you do to others", and reminds everyone to be on guard against excessive utilitarianism, which is of positive significance. However, the equivalent of "do not do what you want to do to others" is "to give to others, to do what you desire", not to "give what you want, to give to others"; its scope of application can only be in the realm of morality, It is inappropriate to assume that it is always sliding between the extremes of egoism and the will to power; advocating "do not do to others what you do not want to do to others" will promote mutual benefit between people. It will not necessarily lead to "the ideal of the mob" and lead to "the moral rule of the weak"; in the field of morality, human patience and restraint are reasonable; because of the universal existence of value pluralism, All aphorisms cannot be the golden law of global ethics. "do not do to others what you don't want to do to others" is not the golden law of global ethics, but it has extremely important moral value in contemporary times.
