中国正义论:儒家制度伦理学

【摘要】：改革的实质是制度变革。深化改革亟需制度变革理论的指导,而现有的理论无法满足这种需要。制度变革理论的本土思想资源是儒家的制度伦理学,亦即"中国正义论"。该理论的基本内容是:从普遍的仁爱精神(仁)和特定时代的生活方式出发,根据正义原则(义),即作为制度建构的价值尺度的正当性原则和适宜性原则,进行社会规范及其制度(礼)的变革。
[Abstract]:The essence of reform is institutional change. Deepening reform needs the guidance of institutional change theory, but the existing theories can not meet this need. The local ideological resource of the theory of institutional change is Confucian institutional ethics, that is, the theory of justice in China. The basic contents of this theory are as follows: from the general spirit of benevolence (benevolence) and the way of life in a particular era, according to the principle of justice (justice), that is, the principle of legitimacy and appropriateness as the value criterion of system construction, To carry out the reform of social norms and its system.
