多元文化背景下的人类伦理

【摘要】：基于多元文化的背景,在跨文化伦理规范的对话中,道德相对主义和直觉主义的态度虽然有一定的合理性,但根本上还是理性才使跨文化伦理成为可能。即便在各宗教伦理传统中,理性也起到了关键性的作用;通过各宗教传统中的实例,还能证明理性使各不同文化尊重彼此的差异性。拿儒学来说,作为儒家思想的"仁"和作为实践方法的"仁"都是以理性的、人性化的考虑为前提的。理性赋予我们制定、修改、判断和拒绝某种道德主张的能力。因此,我们从合理性原则出发,提出三种结构性的方式,以促进跨文化伦理规范的对话。基于理性推导和实例举证,可以得出两点论断:其一,依其本性,人类未必是道德虚无主义者;其二,在不同的种族、宗教和民族背景下,人们之间是有可能进行富有成效的道德对话的。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of multiculturalism, the attitude of moral relativism and intuitionism is reasonable in the dialogue of cross-cultural ethical norms, but it is basically rational that makes cross-cultural ethics possible. Even in the religious ethical traditions, rationality plays a key role, and through the examples of religious traditions, it can also be proved that rationality makes different cultures respect each other's differences. Taking Confucianism as an example, benevolence as a Confucian thought and benevolence as a practical method are based on rational and humanized considerations. Reason gives us the ability to formulate, modify, judge, and reject certain moral claims. Therefore, based on the principle of rationality, we propose three structural ways to promote the dialogue of cross-cultural ethical norms. Based on rational derivation and case evidence, two conclusions can be drawn: first, human beings are not necessarily moral nihilists by their nature; and second, under different racial, religious and ethnic backgrounds, It is possible to engage in fruitful moral dialogue between people.
