物质生态批评中道德伦理论述的可能性与局限

【摘要】：近年来物质生态批评理论(material ecocriticism)纳涉西方形上学、量子物理学、女性主义等领域,企图寻求一个"新"的生态批评论述模式来明示物质的生命力,进而建构万物"纠缠"(entanglement)的形上-认识论(onto-epistemology)。然而,在企图建立一个物质取向的伦理论述时,如何凸显人类为道德担责主体仍是此论述的灰色地带。在梳耙此生态论述脉络之余,本文将特别关注此道德论述范畴里的矛盾。除了接受论述里"不能承受之吊诡",也就是在论述物质化或分子化转向,以及人类是如何与物质纠缠以致再也无法区分主客体之余,人类的主体位置仍须权宜性地凸显出来,才能实质地"回应与承担"(response-ability)人为的自然环境灾害与动物受难。本文意在建立一个凸显人类道德主体的物质生态论述,以英文词语"garbage"(垃圾,但原意含有动物内脏之意)作为一个"隐晦动能单位"和"物质譬喻"(matterphor)的例子,进而借以申论人类对动物所造成不可逃避的多重慢暴力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the theory of material ecological criticism has been involved in western metaphysics, quantum physics, feminism and other fields, in an attempt to seek a "new" mode of ecological criticism to express the vitality of matter. And then construct the metaphysical-epistemological epistemology of entanglement of all things. However, in the attempt to establish a material orientation of the ethical discourse, how to highlight the subject of human moral responsibility is still the grey area of this discourse. On the other hand, this paper will pay special attention to the contradiction in the category of moral argumentation. In addition to the "unbearable paradox" in the accepting discourse, that is, in the discussion of materialization or molecular turn, and how human beings are entangled with matter so that they can no longer distinguish between subject and object, the subject position of human beings must be highlighted in an expedient manner. Only then can we "respond and bear" response-ability) the man-made natural environment disaster and animal suffering. The purpose of this paper is to establish a material ecological discourse that highlights the subject of human morality, using the English word "garbage" as an example of "obscure kinetic energy unit" and "material metaphor". And then to argue that human beings to animals caused by the inescapable multiple slow violence.
