米切姆和杜威技术伦理思想的比较研究

【摘要】：现代技术由于其所具有的高风险性,在为现代人类提供高效、便利的生活方式的同时,也存带来了巨大的技术危机。一是技术对物质文明的破坏,异化现象集中表现在诸如环境污染、生态平衡失调、能源危机和人口膨胀等方面,其后果是造成人类物质生产条件和生活环境的恶化,生活质量下降,严重阻碍物质文明的进一步发展。二是对精神文明产生危害,这主要表现在伴随科技发展出现的某些消极道德现象。为了认识和解决技术危机,许多技术哲学家都将关注点投入到了技术伦理之中,米切姆和杜威正是其中的两位。虽然他们生活的年代有所差距,但它们所面临的技术问题,从根本上来看其实是相同的。但是,出于不同的立场和视角,尽管两位哲学家对技术都抱有这乐观的态度,但它们的技术哲学思想仍然有着巨大的差别。这种差别从他们对技术本质的不同认识一直延伸到他们对技术伦理的不同取向。但是,两位哲学家的思想并不是完全不同的,在巨大的差异中,仍然有着相当一部分的共同点。本文试图通过对米切姆和杜威从不同的技术哲学思想出发从而形成的不同技术伦理思想进行比较,从而多方面的认识技术伦理问题。希望通过对两者思想的相同点和不同点的把握,能够找到一条对当今社会更好的技术伦理道路,能够对当今社会建设有所启示。
[Abstract]:Because of its high risk, modern technology provides a high efficient and convenient way of life for modern mankind, but it also brings huge technical crisis. One is the destruction of material civilization by technology, and the alienation is concentrated on such aspects as environmental pollution, ecological balance, energy crisis and population expansion. The deterioration of the production conditions and living environment of adult material and the decline of the quality of life seriously impede the further development of material civilization. Two is the harm to the spiritual civilization, which is mainly manifested in some negative moral phenomena accompanying the development of science and technology. In order to understand and solve the technological crisis, many technical philosophers have put their attention to the point of concern. Among the technical ethics, Michael and Dewey are the two. Although they have a gap in their life, the technical problems they face are essentially the same. But, out of different positions and perspectives, the two philosophers have this optimistic attitude towards technology, but their philosophy of technology. There are still great differences. This difference extends from their different understanding of the nature of technology to their different orientation to technical ethics. However, the ideas of the two philosophers are not completely different, and there are still quite a few common points in the great differences. This article tries to make a difference to Michem and Dewey. On the basis of the philosophy of technology, we compare the different ethical ideas of technology, and then understand the technical ethics in many aspects. Through the understanding of the similarities and differences of the two ideas, we hope to find a better road of technical ethics for today's society, and can give some enlightenment to the construction of today's society.
