土地保护伦理探究

【摘要】：20世纪以来，工业文明不仅仅带来了经济的繁荣，同时也造成了很多的环境问题。工业化和城市化加速发展带来的土地矛盾日益突出，严重影响了国家的可持续发展战略。虽然我国政府和科研机构积极的进行应对，但是还是没有找到彻底有效的办法。近年来由于我国对土地保护比较重视，制定了相关的法律、法规，土地的违法违规案件有了一定的下降，但还没有从根本上解决土地保护问题。我们需要从哲学的角度审视人和土地的关系，把人与土地的关系上升到道德层面，建立人与土地平等的观念，并将伦理学应用到土地保护上面。本文讨论了土地保护伦理的内涵和伦理原则。把研究人与人之间的关系，扩展到人与自然界。土地保护伦理的依据是把自然认为是一个独立的主体，也同样具备道德，自然与人之间也存在道德关系。从土地保护伦理的视角出发，对土地保护进行了思考，试图从根本上保护好土地资源。全文在结构上共分五个部分，，第一部分绪论，说明当前面临的土地问题，介绍了国内外研究的现状。第二部分介绍了土地、土地保护的发展过程，研究了土地保护伦理的内涵。第三部分，介绍了土地保护伦理的原则。第四部分介绍了土地保护中出现的伦理问题，以及对问题进行的原因分析。第五部分，实现土地保护伦理的具体对策及途径。
[Abstract]:Since the 20th century, industrial civilization has not only brought economic prosperity, but also caused a lot of environmental problems. The land contradiction brought by the accelerated development of industrialization and urbanization is becoming more and more prominent, which has seriously affected the national sustainable development strategy. Although our government and scientific research institutions actively respond, but still did not find a thorough and effective way. In recent years, because our country pays more attention to the land protection, has formulated the related law, the regulation, the land illegal violation case has the certain decline, but has not solved the land protection question fundamentally. We need to examine the relationship between man and land from a philosophical point of view, raise the relationship between man and land to a moral level, establish the concept of equality between man and land, and apply ethics to land protection. This paper discusses the connotation and ethical principles of land conservation ethics. The study of the relationship between man and man extends to man and nature. The basis of land protection ethics is to regard nature as an independent subject and also to have moral relationship between nature and man. From the point of view of land protection ethics, the author thinks about land protection and tries to protect land resources. The paper is divided into five parts in structure. The first part is introduction, which explains the current land problems and introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign research. The second part introduces the development process of land and land protection, and studies the connotation of land protection ethics. The third part introduces the principles of land protection ethics. The fourth part introduces the ethical problems in land protection, and analyzes the causes of the problems. The fifth part, the realization land protection ethics concrete countermeasure and the way.
