交易成本的道德探微

【摘要】：市场经济是效率经济的判断是一个有条件成立的应然命题而非绝对的实然命题。交易是一种价值交换的经济活动,交易成本对市场经济效率产生重要影响。交易成本除了受技术性因素影响外,与市场主体的道德价值取向及其道德行为密切相关。交易成本与道德是两个相关性的变量元素,道德是自变量,交易成本是因变量,市场主体的道德性与非道德性直接影响交易成本的高低。为避免经济与道德关系的泛论,更好地化解经济与道德二律背反的矛盾性,需要在对交易成本概念疏义的基础上,对交易成本与道德的正相关性与负相关性进行系统的梳理。
[Abstract]:Market economy is the judgment of efficiency economy is a conditional proposition rather than an absolute real proposition. Transaction is a kind of economic activity of value exchange, and transaction cost has an important impact on the efficiency of market economy. Transaction cost is not only affected by technical factors, but also closely related to the moral value orientation and moral behavior of the market subject. Transaction cost and morality are two correlated variable elements, morality is independent variable, transaction cost is dependent variable, morality and non-morality of market subject directly affect the level of transaction cost. In order to avoid the general theory of the relationship between economy and morality and better resolve the contradiction between the two laws of economy and morality, it is necessary to systematically sort out the positive and negative correlation between transaction cost and morality on the basis of the concept of transaction cost.
