中资企业在印度尼西亚直接投资的政治风险研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化趋势的不断加强,资本的全球流动成为跨界交流最重要的特征。为了更好的融入该经济发展趋势,实现资本的全球流动,各个国家通过实施吸引外资的各种优惠政策并鼓励本国企业积极向外投资以寻求更大的经济发展空间。2017年是中国实施“走出去”战略的第十七个年头,这十七年间中国逐渐从一个外国资本的接受国转变为本国资本的输出国,积极地寻找不同地区的潜在投资地,其中东南亚地区已然成为中国资本走出去的前沿阵地。印尼在东南亚地区的面积最大,人口最多,中国也一向重视发展与印尼的战略伙伴关系,1990年中国与印尼恢复了中断的外交关系,推进了双方在经贸领域的合作,2008年之后双方开始致力于加大在投资领域合作的步伐,使得投资活动得以不断的深化。然而由于国际坏境的复杂多变使得中资企业在对外投资的过程中并不是一帆风顺的且遭遇了诸多风险,其中由一国政治因素引起的风险最为显著,我们称之为政治风险。因此,对于中资企业来说充分意识到政治风险的存在并采取相应的措施进行规避,保证企业的投资利润和经营目标的实现是很有必要的。本文以印尼为研研个案,利用期刊、专著、年度报告以及印尼国内相关报纸等重点文献,首先通过梳理国内外对于跨国投资政治风险的研研文献,为本论文的撰写奠定理论基础。其次介绍了中国对印尼直接投资的概况和前景并在以上研研的基础上结合中资企业在印尼直接投资的具体案例来论述中资企业投资印尼时遭遇政治风险的分分和根源,最后从政府和企业两个层面来提出管理策略,为中资企业在印尼直接投资提供一份可供参考的研研报告。
[Abstract]:With the increasing trend of economic globalization, the global capital flow has become the most important feature of cross-border exchanges. In order to better integrate the economic development trend, realize the global capital flow. By implementing various preferential policies to attract foreign capital and encouraging their enterprises to actively invest abroad in order to seek greater economic development space, 2017 is the 17th year of China's "going out" strategy. Over the past 17 years, China has gradually transformed itself from a recipient of foreign capital into an exporter of its own capital, and has been actively looking for potential investment destinations in different regions. Among them, Southeast Asia has become the frontier for Chinese capital to go out. Indonesia has the largest area and the largest population in Southeast Asia, and China has always attached importance to the development of strategic partnership with Indonesia. In 1990, China and Indonesia resumed their interrupted diplomatic relations and promoted bilateral cooperation in the economic and trade field. After 2008, the two sides began to work to increase the pace of cooperation in the field of investment. However, due to the complex and changeable international bad situation, Chinese enterprises in the process of foreign investment is not smooth and encountered a lot of risks. One of the most significant political factors caused by the risk, we call political risk, therefore, for Chinese enterprises fully aware of the existence of political risk and take appropriate measures to avoid. It is necessary to ensure the investment profit and business target of the enterprise. In this paper, we take Indonesia as a case study, using journals, monographs, annual reports and relevant domestic newspapers and other key documents. First of all, through combing the domestic and foreign research literature on the political risk of transnational investment. Secondly, it introduces the general situation and prospect of China's direct investment in Indonesia, and discusses the investment of Chinese enterprises on the basis of the above research and combined with the specific case of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Indonesia. The share and root of the political risks encountered in Indonesia. Finally, the management strategy is put forward from the two levels of government and enterprise so as to provide a research report for Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Indonesia for reference.
