家庭养老与机构养老的养老质量比较研究

【摘要】：经济社会的发展促进了公共卫生水平和医疗水平的不断提高,人均寿命延长,加之生育率的下降,世界性的老龄化问题日趋严峻。中国正在迈入老龄化社会,而且老龄化的速度正在不断加快,加之中国庞大的人口基数以及老年人口比重的逐步增大,养老问题的紧迫性日益凸显。当下,老年人养老问题成为了社会的一个重要话题。目前养老主要的模式就是家庭养老和机构养老,本篇论文主要就是对家庭养老和机构养老的质量进行比较分析,找出其中存在的问题并且制定相应的解决方案,为我国老年人更好的提供生活保障。本篇论文主要就是采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、深度访谈法、理论研究法等对家庭养老和机构养老之间的质量进行比较分析,在论文的写作过程中包括了六个章节：首先是绪论部分,简明概括了本文的研究背景和意义,以及国内外研究现状和研究方法等；第二章是理论部分,主要就是从不同的角度对养老理论进行阐述分析；第三章主要就是对家庭养老的现状以及机构养老的现状进行调查分析；第四章主要就是将家庭养老和机构养老质量的比较分析；第五章主要就是提升老年群里生活质量的对策及建议。通过本篇论文的研究,希望能够更好的完善我国老年人的生活质量,做到老有所养、老有所依。
[Abstract]:Economic and social development has promoted the continuous improvement of public health and medical care, the increase in life expectancy and the decline in fertility rate, and the world's aging problem is becoming increasingly serious. China is entering an aging society. Moreover, the aging process is accelerating, and with China's huge population base and the proportion of the elderly population gradually increasing, the urgency of the old-age problem is becoming increasingly prominent. The problem of old-age care for the elderly has become an important topic in society. At present, the main modes of old-age support are family and institutional old-age care. This paper is mainly about the comparative analysis of the quality of family and institutional old-age care. To find out the existing problems and formulate corresponding solutions for the elderly in our country to provide better living security. This paper mainly uses the method of literature research, questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews, The theoretical research method and so on carries on the comparative analysis to the family old-age care and the institutional old-age care quality, has included six chapters in the thesis writing process: first is the introduction part, has summarized the research background and the significance of this article concisely, The second chapter is the theoretical part, mainly from different angles to elaborate and analyze the pension theory; The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the family and the institutional old-age care, the 4th chapter is mainly to compare the quality of the family old-age care and institutional old-age care; Chapter 5th is mainly to improve the quality of life in the elderly group of countermeasures and suggestions. Through the study of this paper, I hope to better improve the quality of life of the elderly in China, to ensure that the elderly support, the elderly have some basis.
