个案工作介入退休老年人初级关系网络构建的研究

【摘要】：随着人口老龄化程度的日益加剧,截至2014年底,我国60岁以上老年人口已经达到2.12亿,占总人口的15.5%。伴随着老年人口的增长,退休老年人生理、心理和社会等问题也日益受到社会的关注。老年人在退出工作领域后,人生的重心转向生活领域,以工作为基础的次级关系网络逐渐退化,老年人开始重点发展其初级关系网络。但因其个体差异性及环境的不同,部分退休老年人在发展初级关系网络时存在着障碍。基于此,本文从社会工作视角出发,采用个案工作方法介入初级关系网络构建障碍的退休老年人,旨在帮助其发展或者构建健全的初级关系网络。在研究中,笔者在阐述了选题的背景、意义、目的和相关理论研究的基础上,采用深度访谈法,建立与受助者之间的信任关系,了解受助者的现实境况,进而掌握其初级关系网络构建过程中所遇到的障碍;其次,笔者以问题为导向,结合理论,从个人、家庭和社区等方面对研究对象实施个案工作介入,逐步帮助研究对象解决情绪、认知等方面的问题,使其保持良好的人际互动,构建健全的初级关系网络;最后笔者从社区活动构建、社会资源供给及政府制度保障层面,来探讨如何帮助退休老年人建立健全的初级关系网络,丰富老年生活和老年人保障体系,最终实现老年人“老有所依”、“老有所为”、“老有所乐”。
[Abstract]:With the increasing aging of the population, by the end of 2014, the elderly population over 60 years old in China has reached 212 million, accounting for 15.555% of the total population.With the growth of the elderly population, the physical, psychological and social problems of retired elderly people have been paid more and more attention.After the older people quit the work field, the focus of life turned to the life field, the secondary relationship network based on work gradually degraded, and the elderly began to focus on the development of their primary relationship network.However, due to their individual differences and environmental differences, some retired elderly people have obstacles in developing primary relationship networks.Based on this, this paper, from the perspective of social work, uses the case work method to intervene in the primary relationship network construction barrier of the retired elderly, in order to help them to develop or build a sound primary relationship network.On the basis of the background, significance, purpose and relevant theoretical research, the author establishes the trust relationship between the recipient and the recipient by using the method of in-depth interview to understand the actual situation of the recipient.And then grasp the obstacles encountered in the process of constructing its primary relationship network. Secondly, the author takes the problem as the direction, combines the theory, implements the case work intervention to the research object from the individual, the family and the community and so on.Gradually help the research object to solve the emotional, cognitive and other issues, make it maintain good interpersonal interaction, build a sound primary relationship network; finally, the author from the community activities, social resources supply and government system protection level,This paper discusses how to help the retired elderly to establish a sound primary relationship network, to enrich the elderly life and the elderly security system, and finally to realize the elderly to "have a basis", "a sense of security", "the old have fun".
