网络泄密的四重原因

【摘要】：网络泄密事件之所以频繁发生,一是西方文化中的极端自由主义和对政府的反感造就了一批"黑客罗宾汉";二是西方一些国家在网络自由方面的虚伪表现在网络世界中遭遇反弹;三是法律没有处理好言论自由与国家安全之间的关系;四是网络技术的某些特性刺激了网络泄密事件的不断发生。
[Abstract]:The reason why cyber leaks happen frequently,First, the extreme liberalism in the western culture and the antipathy to the government created a group of "hacker Robin Hood";Third, the law fails to deal with the relationship between freedom of speech and national security; fourth, some characteristics of network technology stimulate the continuous occurrence of network leaks.
