菲律宾南海政策的调整:利益认知结构的转变

【摘要】：2016年下半年杜特尔特任职以来,菲律宾的南海政策以及对华关系都出现了明显的调整,但对这一政策调整到底能走多远以及这一调整背后的动因仍在探讨之中。南海仲裁案的裁决改变了菲律宾关于南海争端的利益认知,而这为杜特尔特的南海政策转向奠定了最为重要的基础,菲下一步的南海政策目标将调整为如何更好地捍卫其专属经济区权利。
[Abstract]:Since Duterte took office in the second half of 2016, both the Philippines' South China Sea policy and its relations with China have been significantly adjusted, but it is still under discussion as to how far this policy adjustment can go and the reasons behind it. The ruling in the South China Sea case changed the Philippines' perception of interests in the South China Sea dispute, which laid the most important foundation for Duterte's policy shift in the South China Sea. The Philippines' next policy goal for the South China Sea will be how to better defend its exclusive economic zone rights.
