加强政党协商与推进国家治理现代化

【摘要】：近现代中国政党生长于为实现民族独立和国家统一而斗争的时代环境,权力争夺从来就不是政党关系的焦点。中国共产党团结各民主党派和民主人士,结成了命运共同体关系,奠定了政党协商的历史基础。改革开放新时期,中国发展的现实凸显了国家治理现代转型的要求,国家治理现代化需要政党参与始终在场。以加强政党协商提高政党参与的水平,以推动政党参与保证政党协商的质量,构成当代中国国家治理现代化向前迈进的重大任务。政党协商作为中国政治实践中早已形成的历史形式,完善和发展社会主义协商民主必须把政党协商有机地嵌入到推进国家治理现代化之中。
[Abstract]:Chinese political parties grew up in the era of struggle for the realization of national independence and national reunification, power struggle has never been the focus of party relations. The Communist Party of China United the democratic parties and democratic personages, formed the destiny community relations, established the historical foundation of the party consultation. In the new period of reform and opening up, the reality of China's development highlights the requirements of the modern transformation of state governance, and the modernization of state governance requires the participation of political parties all the time. In order to strengthen party consultation and improve the level of political party participation in order to promote political party participation to ensure the quality of political party consultation, it is an important task for the modernization of national governance in contemporary China to move forward. Party consultation is a historical form formed in Chinese political practice. To perfect and develop socialist consultative democracy, it is necessary to embed party consultation organically in promoting the modernization of national governance.
