新的社会阶层思想政治引导:主体、机制、路径

【摘要】：改革开放以来逐渐形成的新的社会阶层,已经成为我国全面建成小康社会不可忽视的主要力量,但其构成复杂且具有明显的自主自立的思想文化特性,需要加强思想政治引导,需要一个既覆盖整个阶层又有所侧重和分工的多元主体机构与适当路径构成的引导模式。首先在确认与完善思想政治引导主体机构职能的基础上,完善分层分类的引导主体机构协同机制,进而在引导路径的取向上,以思想理念启发为基础,兼顾利益上的激励约束,同时,将引导者的人格感召和党风政风的示范作为思想政治引导工作的重要取向。
[Abstract]:The new social stratum gradually formed since the reform and opening up has become the main force that can not be ignored in building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country, but its composition is complex and has obvious independent and self-supporting ideological and cultural characteristics, so it is necessary to strengthen ideological and political guidance. It needs a guiding model which covers the whole stratum and has a focus and division of labor. First of all, on the basis of confirming and perfecting the functions of ideological and political guiding main body, the cooperative mechanism of guiding main body is perfected, and then on the orientation of guiding path, based on the inspiration of ideology and idea, the incentive and restriction of interest are taken into account. At the same time, it regards the personality of the guide and the demonstration of the party style as the important orientation of ideological and political guidance.
