从特朗普百日新政研判中美网络安全问题发展态势

【摘要】：本文通过观察特朗普上台前后网络方面的政策主张,重点分析特朗普百日新政期间的整体执政举措和政策取向,以及碎片化的网络相关言论和举措,以对中美网络安全问题作出一些基本的研判。总体上,特朗普时期网络安全问题的重要性将下降,相对于奥巴马时期的紧张局势将大大缓解,但由于网络空间问题本身固有的重要性、综合性和易燃易爆性,以及网络空间本身巨大的利益关系和决策机制的复杂性,我们仍然需要在热点问题上有着明确的对策和应对预案。
