家庭环境对流动儿童社会融入的影响研究

【摘要】：随着居住地的变化,流动儿童的生活环境也发生着变化,流动儿童的社会融入问题急需得到解决。流动儿童的社会融入问题不仅受到社会的影响,而且也受到家庭的影响,家庭作为最直接影响流动儿童成长的因素。影响是深远的。家庭环境影响流动儿童社会融入的因素主要有家庭意识、家庭物质和家庭行为三个方面,本文选取沈阳市万富花园小区的流动子女作为研究对象,了解社区内部分流动儿童的家庭环境对社会融入产生的影响。本研究中,社会融入主要是指社区融入、教育融入和朋辈群体融入。因此,研究者从家庭意识、家庭物质与家庭行为三方面来评估家庭环境对流动儿童社区融入、教育融入和朋辈群体融入的影响,研究者通过评估得出,家庭意识对流动儿童社会融入的影响主要表现在家庭意识指导着孩子的日常行为,当出现不正确的道德观念和价值取向时,是很难进行社会融入的;家庭物质对流动儿童社会融入的影响主要表现在流动家庭的经济收入较低,家庭成员存在自卑心态,对社会融入存在抵触的心态,生活支出不够科学,在满足基本生活需求之外,基本没有其他的支出,这样不利于流动儿童的社会融入;家庭行为对流动儿童社会融入的影响主要表现在父母在忙于工作之后,很少有时间陪伴孩子,或者不知道如何与孩子相处,亲子关系较疏远,流动儿童不知道如何与他人相处,父母较少制定行为规范来约束孩子的行为,孩子容易出现偏差行为,家长的教养方式不够科学,缺少说服力。研究者根据评估后得出的结论,以社会融合理论、增权理论和互动理论为依据,从家庭环境、家庭意识和家庭物质三个维度进行介入,展开社工的介入,制定介入方案,通过完善流动儿童的家庭环境,以期加快流动儿童社会融入的进程,顺利的融入到新的环境中。
[Abstract]:With the change of residence, the living environment of migrant children has also changed. The problem of social integration of migrant children needs to be solved urgently. The social integration of migrant children is not only influenced by the society, but also by the family. Family is the most direct factor that affects the growth of floating children. The impact is profound. The main factors that affect the social integration of floating children are family consciousness, family material and family behavior. This paper chooses floating children in Wanfu Garden District of Shenyang as the research object. To understand the impact of the family environment on social integration of some migrant children in the community. In this study, social integration mainly refers to community integration, educational integration and peer group integration. Therefore, the researchers assessed the impact of family environment on the community integration, educational integration and peer group integration of migrant children from three aspects: family awareness, family material and family behavior. The influence of family consciousness on the social integration of floating children is mainly reflected in the fact that family consciousness guides the daily behavior of children. When there are incorrect moral concepts and value orientation, it is difficult to carry out social integration. The influence of family material on the social integration of floating children is mainly reflected in the low economic income of floating families, the inferiority mentality of family members, the resistance to social integration and the scientific living expenses. (B) there is basically no expenditure other than meeting basic living needs, which is not conducive to the social integration of migrant children; The influence of family behavior on the social integration of migrant children is mainly reflected in the fact that their parents have little time to accompany their children after they are busy at work, or do not know how to get along with their children, the parent-child relationship is more distant, and the migrant children do not know how to get along with others. Parents seldom make behavior rules to restrain their children's behavior, children are prone to deviant behavior, parents' rearing style is not scientific and persuasive. According to the conclusions of the evaluation, the researchers, based on social integration theory, empowerment theory and interaction theory, intervene from the three dimensions of family environment, family consciousness and family material, carry out the intervention of social workers, and formulate intervention schemes. By improving the family environment of migrant children, the author hopes to accelerate the process of social integration of migrant children and integrate smoothly into the new environment.
